Overpriced, poor service, employees training needed for Guest Relations. Spa neglect disability needs.
Pros:

Good breakfast, clean property, parking fees, lack of disabled spots to park, bidet not in room as requested due to disability. Did not reserve requested rooms.

Cons:

Unprofessional about helping guests with disabilities. Insensitive. Neglectful in communication with guest. Ignoring requests to speak to Manager. Manager failing to address guest needs.
