Pros:

The property is beautiful and the staff was friendly, love that it’s next to the beach and the staff was friendly

This hotel does not at all value your money it is definitely overprized. The restaurant service is very lousy and the waiter unfriendly and always in bad mood and last but not least they throw you the menu in front of you on the table...
If you like to enter the room you need to figure out how to open the door. The lock is damaged and therefore the security not given. The doorslide is difficult to move due to dirt, rust etc.

Inside the room the furniture is very, very basic and looks cheap. Again, it is their style but not for the money you are paying for! The open bathroom is the best part of the room. But here you can not take a shower because the hot water is so hot that you burn your skin. The cold water would be nice if there is water coming out of the shower.... So all in all, you can not take really a shower. On the other hand, many times they have big problems with the power. Many times per day the power plant is not working and therefore you have no power, no water in the shower and can not use the toilet at all!

The room itself even the aircon is working is humid. The bed has a very cheap mattress, so prepare yourself not having a good sleep!! Stay in every other hotel but not in this one, it will ruin your holiday.

C’était vraiment un super séjour ! L’équipe est vraiment super ! La localisation est superbe également !
La nourriture est vraiment délicieuse !
La piscine est super et la plage également !

Cons:

La version « all in » pas trop « all in ». On ne peut pas décider quand on souhaite manger un snack etc. All in mais pas droit à un snack et un repas à midi (seulement le soir). C’est dommage car ce n’est pas un vrai « all in ».

Die Lage, der frejndliche Service, das Essen (alles frisch, kein Fastfood, das sauerteigbrot, Nutzung des partnerhotels B4Boutique.

Cons:

Nichts, jedoch muss man die ausgiebigen Dj Set ups mögen, die jeweils bis zu 8 h, sprich bis morgens um 4 uhr dauerten.

Wir haben uns im B4 sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben sich stets die Mühe, die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen.
Die Küche war absolut grandios! Es gibt eine grosse Auswahl an spannenden Gerichten. Zudem gab es jeden Tag den „Catch of the Day“ (z.B. Oktopus, King Fish) auf der Speisekarte.
Das B4 bietet verschiedene Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, falls der Strand zu „lebendig“ ist.
Es wird jeden Tag darauf geachtet, dass die Anlage von den Gärtnern aufgeräumt und sauber ist.
Besondere Highlights: Outdoor Dusche/WC, Jungle-Gym, kleine niedliche Boutique mit toller Bedienung.

Perfekter Urlaub: freundlich, sauber, lecker und absolut zum Wohlfühlen

Besonders begeistert hat und das überaus herzliche und freundliche Personal, das uns jederzeit mit einem Lächeln begegnet ist. Sehr schön fanden wir auch das vielseitige Angebot an Ausflügen, die direkt über das Hotel organisiert wurden, so konnten wir die Insel ganz entspannt entdecken. Insgesamt hat einfach das gesamte Gesamtpaket gestimmt: eine wunderbare Mischung aus Gastfreundschaft, Service und Atmosphäre, die den Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht hat. Ehrlich gesagt kann ich manche der negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen… Das Essen war immer sehr lecker und zudem preiswert, die gesamte Anlage war jederzeit sauber und gepflegt, und auf Wunsch wurde uns sogar ein Mückennetz zur Verfügung gestellt, ein toller Service.

Das B4 Hotel war wunderschön. Besonders das Außenbadezimmer war abenteuerlich gestaltet und sehr schön. Auch die Lage war perfekt – man war direkt am Strand. Sogar Strandhandtücher wurden extra bereitgestellt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Insgesamt ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt
