Pros:

Hotellet, personalen, läget och poolen var underbart, men vi hade lite problem med ACn på vårt rum.

Cons:

ACn på vårt rum var helt felplacerad och ganska mjäkig givet takhöjden så var svårt att få det svalt på natten. Ett I-landsproblem absolut, men kan ändå vara värt att notera.

Endroit magnifique, extrêmement soigné, une oasis sur un caillou (l’île de Symi)... mais des lits datés à ressorts... reste que l’endroit est parfait et le personnel au top.

We stayed 4 nights and the pool and location were the main reasons.
Pros:

Convenient location, most of the staff were great. Pool was great to have available.

Cons:

Sofa beds in the room extremely uncomfortable and when we asked if there was anything that could go on top of it to make it softer the answer was no. We booked a room with kitchen facilities and there was no cutting board, no tea towel, no cutting knife. We asked for a cutting board and got offered the backup board from the pool bar. We didn’t use this plastic board it was overdue for replacement and had black patches on a green board. We handed it in to reception saying that it needed replacement from a food safety perspective. The next day we witnessed another customer requesting a cutting board from the pool bar and he was given a red plastic board. The tiled internal stairs in our room had no handrail and we were very conscious of being careful every time we used them. The bathroom is small and overdue for a renovation. There were some customers with children and if the parents didn’t supervise their children around the pool they annoy the other customers and the staff will not intervene. Also not enough pool lounges for the number of guests.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage, toll mit Pflanzen hergerichtet, viele nette Details. Die Zimmer waren sehr einfach, aber geräumig.
Frühstück war ok, wird im UG serviert, kann man aber mit auf die Terrasse genommen werden.
Liegt sehr zentral mitten in der Stadt bzw am Hafen.

Pros:

Très bien placé pour visiter Symi. Bon petit déjeuner. Piscine agréable mais sous abri. Peut-être est-ce une obligation car l'urbanisme est très bien regulé sur l'île pour le plus grand plaisir des yeux. Chambre confortable et spacieuse. Personnel attentif.

Cons:

Nous avions une terrasse mais elle etait en plein soleil à partir de 12h et hélas pas abritée donc difficile avec la chaleur. Indépendant de la volonté de l'hôtel mais embêtant quand même, le bruit d'une hôte de cuisine dans la propriété voisine.

A fabulous time & would return.

The location, the layout of the accommodation, the staff . Such a lovely place to stay in .

Cons:

Maybe could do with a little more comfort inside the studio . As was warm spent most time outside so 🤷‍♀️ maybe it’s not such an issue.

En nydelig oase, med utrolig vennlig, positivt og serviceinnstilt personale. Gode senger med både teppe og dyne for de som liker det. Vakkert, vakkert ute! Nydelige omgivelser. Helt fantisk å være der. Transport til og fra havnen med kjempekoselig service.

Symi is beautiful, the accommodation was beautiful, the people were charming. Will definitely be back

Very pretty and attractive, perfect location. Close enough shops and tavernas but with no noise.

Cons:

Pillows could be better & no free 12v sockets in the room. Had to disconnect the bedside lamp to charge phone
