Relaxing and restful place to stay
Pros:

I loved my 3 night stay here. The facility is probably the largest hotel on the island with a cluster of buildings that encircle a nice courtyard with lush landscaping. The hotel is centrally located just a very short walk uphill from the waterfront. The staff was nice and helpful, especially Maria who spoke and understood American English very well. The view of the valley walls around Symi is really unique. If I ever return to Symi I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Typical of a Greek hotel they did not have washcloths we Americans are used to using in the shower.
There are a lot of feral cats on the property. If you so much as blink, they will raid your breakfast if you eat outside in the patio area or floor level outside your room.
I found pool was very cold.
The water on the island is not suitable for human consumption. It would have been nice to have note in the room with a complimentary bottle of water informing guess of this.

Μας άρεσε πάρα πολύ ο κήπος εξωτερικό και η άριστη συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού στην ρεσεψιόν ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενικές και μας έκανε αισθανθούμε πολύ άνετα. Κάθε πρόβλημα που προέκυπτε κάτι διαμονή μας μπορούσανε να βρούνε μια λύση εκτός από κάποια πράγματα τα οποία ήταν καθαρά θέμα ιδιοκτητών

Στο σπίτι το οποίο μείναμε ο φωτισμός στην κουζίνα ήταν ανεπαρκής η λάμψη δεν χαμηλού βατ. Όταν μπήκα μέσα όλο το σπίτι ήταν πάρα πολύ λερωμένο με πολλή σκόνη σκόνη οποία δήλωνε ότι είχε να καθαριστεί το δωμάτιο σίγουρα μια βδομάδα. Στο πάτωμα μπορούσες να καταλάβεις ότι ήταν όλο μέσα στη σκόνη διότι οι άσπρες κάλτσες γίνανε γκρι. Τα μαξιλάρια ήτανε κακής ποιότητας και το ερωτηθήκαμε αν υπάρχουν άλλα μαξιλάρια μας είπαν όχιΣτο σπίτι το οποίο μείναμε ο φωτισμός στην κουζίνα ήταν ανεπαρκής η λάμψη δεν χαμηλού βατ. Για μια τέτοια ποιότητα και ειδικά Και αυτά τα χρήματα θεωρώ ότι δεν αξίζει διαμονή μας. Και εκτεθήκαμε και σε όλους τους υπόλοιπους που τους παρακινήσαμε να μην είναι σ’ αυτό το ξενοδοχείο γιατί ήτανε καλεσμένοι του γαμου μας.

Η ατμόσφαιρα στον κήπο και το εξαιρετικό πρωσοπικο. Πολύ ευγενικο το κορτισι ιδιαίτερα με τα κόκκινα μαλλιά

Cons:

Δεν μπορείς να δώσεις τόσα λεφτά σε ένα σπίτι και να μην έχει τουλάχιστον άνετο στρώμα και μαξιλάρι.
Το πρωινό πολύ βασικό για 4 αστέρια ξενοδοχείο.

Highly recommended stay in an excellent, beautiful location.
Pros:

Excellent location, near the port town and shops. Lovely staff - thank you Maria for organising a transfer from the ferry to your hotel. I wish we had taken you up on your offer to again take your complementary transfer when we departed, as the docking location for our departure ferry (Dodecanisos line) turned out to be too far to walk with heavy suitcases.
Excellent breakfast set in lovely tropical garden, near a beautiful swimming pool. View over the garden from our window.
Great to have a small frig and kettle for a little limited self-catering.

Cons:

Please keep the cats away from the breakfast area as they were quite a pest. I understand that this is the fault of some guests, who have unfortunately conditioned them to beg.
The steps up to our upper floor room were very steep, and a little slippery when it rained.
The ventilator fan from a neighbouring taverna was noisy all day, but stopped at around 10.30 pm. The road behind our part of the complex was also noisy, with motorbikes.

Όπως επίσης όταν είστε μεγάλη παρέα όπως ειμασταν εμείς, είναι ωραίο να υπάρχει αυτό το συγκρότημα δωματιων/σπιτιών και να είστε όλοι μαζί.

Cons:

Τα δωμάτια/σπίτια θα έπρεπε να είναι ανακαινισμενα και με όλες τις παροχές που θα έπρεπε να εχει ένα 4 αστερο ξενοδοχειο...τα παλια/φθαρμενα επιπλα,κουρτίνες,κλινοσκεπασματα κτλ.δεν αντιπροσωπευουν αυτό που δείχνουν.

Pleasant yet disappointing for the quality.
Pros:

The location was ideal, near all amenities.
Also the garden and courtyard was lovely.

Cons:

The rooms were not as clean as should be. Large stains on the sofa beds. Very much dust. No sponge in the kitchen to wash up. The pillows were very hard and I requested softer ones and they did not have any to replace them.
The breakfast was below average.
