Top Lage
Fantastic downtown location! It is an easy walk to the Roman Theatre, Citadel, and plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff (Amro, Malek, and Hesham) are super friendly, speak excellent English and are incredibly helpful. They take security seriously and greet everyone who walks in the hotel who they don't recognize as a guest. I got some very good local recommendations (I tried a few of the kebab sandwich shops they mentioned!) and reserved my JETT bus ticket to Petra. The rooms are very comfortable with strong showers and excellent daily housekeeping (including fresh towels and bottled water). I loved the rooftop hangout area, the strong Wi-Fi, and the purified water dispenser in the lobby. It's a small hotel with about a dozen rooms. Would absolutely stay here again!
There is some traffic noise, but keeping the windows closed really helps reduce it. Also, because of the heavy traffic directly in front of the hotel, taking a taxi or Uber to and from the property can be a bit slow in the afternoon and evening. Lastly, the shower design doesn't allow the water to drain very quickly.
عندما وصلت للفندق أخبرني أنه لدينا غرفه واحده وتحتاج إلى صيانه وقال لي قم بالغاء حجزك وقمت بالغائه بناء على طلبه .....وقبل ذلك كله قمت بلدفع عن طريق الفيزا وقال لي أن أموالك سوف تعود لك بعد 24 ساعه من إلغاء الحجز والى الان لم استعد أموالي حيث أنه مضا على إلغاء حجزي تقريبا 48 ساعه .......خلاصه الأمر لماذا لم يتصل بي قبل أن أصل إلى الفندق وأخبرني بذلك حيث كنت قادم من السفر وغير ذلك كان حجزي ببيروت وقام بارسالي إلى بيروت 2 ههههههههه وهناك أخبرني لا يوجد إلا غرفه وتحتاج إلى صيانه ولا استطيع ارسالك الى هناك ......وماذا عن أموالي
Jack was such a wonderful host, and really wanted to make my stay comfortable. I was upgraded, at no cost, to a quiet, cool room. He made sure I was comfortable, and I'm so grateful to him and the team at Beirut Hotel.
It's a little noisy, but I expected it, given the neighborhood. Jack arranged for a quieter space for me, and I'm so grateful.

I accidentally left my original phone charger plugged into the socket when I checked out. I called the hotel as soon as I realized, and I was told that they “didn’t find anything.”
Interesting how a charger can disappear from a room immediately after a guest leaves. I expected basic honesty from a hotel, not a magic trick. 🪄
Lost my charger, but apparently the hotel found it more useful than I did. Very disappointing and definitely not a place I would trust with my belongings.

After completing my stay at Beirut Hotel, and based on my experience in both the first and second branches over a period of 15 days, I would like to share my experience and express my gratitude and respect to all the staff members of this establishment. I sincerely thank each and every one of them.
A special thanks goes to the Housekeeping team for their excellent work and dedication. I would also like to thank the reception staff for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality.
The hotel is wonderful, quiet, and comfortable, and I highly recommend it. If I visit Amman again, I will definitely choose to stay here without hesitation.
The location is excellent, and the service provided is exceptional considering the price paid.

I would like to highlight the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. The location is excellent, close to several attractions, and the room was newly renovated and the view was nice, making our stay very comfortable.
Our reservation included breakfast, but the hotel does not have a restaurant, so breakfast is delivered to the room. It would be helpful to explain this service more clearly during check-in, as we only received breakfast on one of the two mornings of our stay, and only after requesting it. We also booked tours through the hotel, and the overall experience was very good. As a suggestion, it would be helpful if the driver spoke at least English to make communication easier during the trip.

I highly recommend Beirut Hotel in Jordan. The staff were incredibly kind and took wonderful care of my wife during her stay. Their kindness, hospitality, and support meant so much to us.
The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. It's surrounded by shopping, restaurants, cafés, clothing stores, gold shops, and many tourist attractions, so everything you need is within walking distance.
