أود أن أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير لفندق Alena على الإقامة الرائعة والخدمة المميزة. كانت تجربة مريحة وممتعة بكل تفاصيلها.

كما أخص بالشكر الطاقم الرائع على حسن الاستقبال والاهتمام، وخاصة أحمد، الذي كان مثالًا في الذوق والتعاون وحرصه الدائم على راحة النزلاء.

الموظفين جميع الي قابلتهم بجننو موقعه مرتب وقريب من كل اشي
طاقم العمل كثير خدومين وبشوشين

Desayuno buffet.

Ми залишилися дуже задоволені перебуванням у цьому готелі. Все було чисто, затишно та добре організовано.

Розташування готелю дуже зручне — поруч є магазини, ресторани та вся необхідна інфраструктура, що зробило перебування комфортним.

Сніданок був смачний і свіжий, хоча м'ясний вибір був дуже обмежений — фактично була лише одна варена ковбаска зі спеціями, без сосисок чи іншого м'яса. Проте загалом сніданок був достатній і якісний.

Загалом це приємне місце для проживання, і ми з радістю зупинилися б тут ще раз.
