Le personnel est très présent toujours prêt à aider, je connais cet établissement depuis deux ans, le personnel est toujours de très bon accueil

Cons:

Je suis revenu dans cet hôtel après un premier séjour l’année passée, qui avait été très concluant.
Cette année la propreté n’était pas au rendez-vous, il suffit de pousser un lit pour se rendre compte que le dessous est une poubelle!
Dans la première chambre occupée la salle d’eaux était tellement petite que pour accéder au lavabo il fallait fermer la porte, le ménage fait ou pas, obligé de réclamer du papier toilette à la réception, car réapprovisionner non fait, chambre dite de luxe.
Le petit déjeuner au premier étage, un foire d’empoigne pour se servir un café dans un gobelet en carton !!! à ma demande d’œufs brouillés l’employée avec un petit sourire contrit m’a répondu aujourd’hui je ne peux pas demain peut être Indigne d’un soit disant 4 étoiles.
Pendant mon séjour de six jours une armada a débarquée, par deux fois, créant dans l’hôtel des conditions de repos impossibles. À ma remarque le concierge a seulement répondu, ils s’en vont aujourd’hui , c’est affligeant!

Petit déjeuner très bruyant ,salle trop petite
Gobelet en carton pour le café
Nettoie les sols quand on mange
Piscine sur le roof top très mal aménagée,(pas d’échelle pour accéder à la piscine)
Nuit très bruyante avec des jeunes qui courent dans les couloirs et claquent les portes
