בחדר של הילדים נפלה על הבת שלי שולחן ועשה לה נזק בשיניים הצוות לא עשה כלום כמובן אין רופא בבית מלון והחדרים לא היו נקים

אפשר להשתמש בבריכה של בית מלון מאס ברדאיס וגם בארוחת בוקר

לא נקי אמרו שסיימו לנקות החדרים ואפשר לקבל אבל היו לא שינו הסדנים אחרי הלקוחות שהיו ובקשתי להחליף מידי כי היה שער מלא במיטה הזוגית

كانت الاقامة جيدة مع موقع جيد، بجانب الفندق يوجد مسجد،طاقم الفندق متعاونون وبشيشون وبالذات الأخت رؤيا.

Cons:

الفطور بسيط ليس ملائم لفندق اربع نجوم بالاضافة ان وقت الافطار قليل فقط ساعتين من الساعه الثامنة حتى العاشرة صباحا، هناك شخص لم يعجبني الذي كان يعمل بالاستقبال فقط بدورية الليل بحث كنت اطرح عليه السلام عدة مرات ولم يقم برد السلام.
