יש מסעדה כשרה במלון למטה (תשלום)

אני חושב שהמיסים של התיירים צריכים להיות כלולים במחיר, ויהיה נחמד לאפשר גישה למסעדה הכשרה כחלק מהמלון (וגם לספק מפתח פיזי לשומרי שבת)

Top Lage, leckeres Frühstück!
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich die Lage war auch sehr gut. Bein frisch gibt es viel Auswahl, man kann sich definitiv nicht beklagen. Nur der Kaffee könnte etwas besser schmecken 😄

Cons:

Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer welches alt war und sehr eng. Mit zwei kleinen Kindern viel zu klein.

תמורה טובה למחיר, קרוב לקזינו ולחוף הים , אוכל סביר.
Pros:

המיקום של המלון מצויין, קרוב מרחק הליכה לטיילת ולים, יש חוף ים עם מסעדה למתקנים של המלון ללא עלות כסאות וצל. במסעדה על החוף אפשר לרשום אוכל ושתייה על החדר.
יש בחדר האוכל אוכל בשפע והרבה אופציות.
המסאג' עם פילינג שעשיתי היה מקצועי ומעלה מאוד נהניתי. חדר הטיפולים נעים ויפה והמחירים סבירים .
יש בריכה פנימית וחיצונית שזה מאוד נוח עם הילדים וגם פארק המים צמוד ויש מלצרים שמביאים אוכל ושתייה לאיפה שאתם יושבים וזה מאוד נחמד.

Cons:

הגענו עם עגלת ילדים כפולה שלא נכנסה למעלית הקטנה שיורדת לקומת הבריכות. זה משהו שהיה לנו מאוד קשה ולא נח. המלון לא נגיש במלואו ויש מדרגות בכניסה למלון מהאוטו ועוד מדרגות בדרך לים וכמובן הירידה לקומת הבריכות לא הייתה נגישה וזה היה מאוד לא נוח.
- בנוסף באנו ילדים והיה לי מאוד קשה שהדלת לא ננעלת מבפנים והילדים יכולים לצאת מתי שהם רוצים מה שאומר שאני לא יכולה אפילו להיכנס לשירותים בשקט בלי לדעת שהם נשארים בתוך החדר.
בנוסף גם המנעול של השירותים לא עבד... והילדים יכלו גם להיכנס חופשי לשם.
מדובר בילדים בני שנתיים וחמש וזה דבר קריטי.
-האוכל בחדר האוכל היה אותו דבר 6 ימים בלי שינויים... קצת משעמם.

Boravak u Vasem hotelu nam je bio jako prijatan a najveci utisak na mene je ostavilo ljubazno osoblje zaposleno u hotelu. Osoblje na recepciji, cistaci soba, zaposleni u restoranu i momci na plazi... hvala Vam sto ste nam boravak ulepsali...

Pros:

Everything was O.K. We got the room we expect. Very good room service. Good location, very well organized beach services (Bravo!..:)..) Good breakfast and dinner. Special thanks for possibility late check out. Good luck, Montenegro!

Cons:

Everything was O.K,. Some remarks: The price-it can bee lower..:)... And it is good to improve water pressure in 5 flour-it must bee higher

Disappointing for a 4 star hotel
Pros:

The staff at the beach and beach bar were helpful.
The beach bar was good.
The staff at the egg station at breakfast were good.

Cons:

Reception staff (apart from one lady) weren’t helpful.

הברכות במלון נחמדות.

Cons:

צוות לא נותן שירות. לא בחדר האוכל ולא בקבלה. מעלית אחת הייתה מושבתת והיה עומס על המעלית השניה. בסוף גם המעלית השניה התקלקלה. המלון לא ממש על שפת היום. יש הליכה קצרה. החניה עולה כסף. יש מסעדה כשרה במקום ולכן בחרנו במלון הזה אבל בשבת שהיינו שם המסעדה בכלל לא פעלה וגם לא הבית כנסת שכאילו יש במקום. הצוות בקבלה לא נותן שירות כמו שהיינו מצפים

Hotel se nalazi na jako lijepoj lokaciji, blizu plaže na koji gosti hotela mogu da koriste lezaljke i suncobrane. Na raspolaganju je unutrašnji i vanjski bazen. Hrana je odlična.

Cons:

Loša klimatizacija. U sobi nije radila klima, ali smo odmah zamjenili sobu i sve je bilo ok.
