It was fine, no great shakes.
Pros:

The AquaPark

Cons:

The room was very small for the three of us, mirror was cracked, the room didn’t have a control of the airconditioned, we had to call the reception every time we wanted to lower or increase the temperature. We asked for a bottle of water at 11:15pm and were told the hotel doesn’t provide one after 10pm.

Strand war in der Nähe,Aquapark sehr schön!Par kompetente Mitarbeiter aber die könnte man auf eine Hand aufzählen .Bin richtig von Booking enttäuscht!

Cons:

Hab ganz andere Zimmern bekommen,für Parkplatz wollten die 15€ pro Tag haben und Kinder Club war auch nicht inklusive!

Great beach, but not VFM.
Pros:

Great private beach! There is also a free (although a bit old) aqua-park with slides that children would enjoy. The indoor pool was nice too.

Cons:

The were lines in the dinning hall, and the food was average. The staff wasn't really helpful.
We found the price expensive, at least it didn't have good VFM. The common areas were noisy.

Cons:

De kamer (ook al hadden we de vernieuwde kamer, waarbij behangpapier losviel, schimmel in badkamer en aan gordijnen aan het raam) vriendelijkheid personeel die met moeite Engels kon. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, doch kwaliteit van alle producten ondermaats. Aquapark en hotel is dringend aan vernieuwing toe. Voor bijna 300 EUR/nacht + 10 Eur/nacht parking en een 4* sterren hotel... verwachten we echt wel meer. In de bijna 30 jaar dat we reizen, is dit het slechtste hotel waar we ooit verbleven hebben.

Pros:

Gostei da localização e do buffet no pequeno-almoço e no jantar. A piscina é boa e fica muito perto da praia. Os funcionários do bar eram muito simpáticos. A relação qualidade/preço compensa.

Cons:

A água do banho estava apenas morna. Pedi que resolvessem a situação, mas o técnico informou-nos de que não havia nada a fazer.
A limpeza do quarto também deixou muito a desejar. Havia, por exemplo, um sabonete já usado na casa de banho e o chão apresentava alguma sujidade, o que demonstra alguma falta de cuidado na preparação do quarto.
Acredito que, melhorando estes aspetos, o hotel tem bastante potencial.

Good location, excelent breakfast and nice water facilities.
Pros:

The location is very convenient as a base camp to explore Montenegro by car.
The breakfast is excelent, with omelettes and crepes at the moment, and a wide variety of options.
The wimming pools, the aqua park and the beach are really nice.

Cons:

The hotel is a little bit old and the room cleaning could be better.

Four star hotel only on paper. I’ve been here once and never again.

The beach was alright and the staff at the beach were friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom was filthy. Layers of dust on the lamp. Mold in the bathroom, green, black and pink. The sink got clogged on day one by itself and the handle was stuck. It was dirty and caked. Metal was rusty almost everywhere. Rusty mirror in the bathroom. Other random dirt in the bathroom. The bathroom looked as if it wasn’t cleaned properly in years. When I tried to use the toilet brush, the brush snapped and sprinkled me all over my legs. The AC barely works and it’s loud even when it is off. It is a lot louder when it’s on. You can’t really open the window during the night because of the music from the nearby clubs. So your choice is either to suffocate or not sleep because the AC is more or less just a fan blowing air.

When we went to complain at the reception they promised us a refund for the remaining nights, but they made it extremely complicated and wasted almost three hours of our life on going back and forth between them and booking.com. Booking was more than helpful. Even when we finally sorted the refund out and when I left the hotel. I still waited for that refund until today (so 12 days) and I had to call booking again to figure out why the refund hasn’t been processed by the hotel. Thankfully, booking was amazing again and they sorted the issue out because the refund wasn’t yet processed. Unfortunately, I can only share four photos from our room. But I sure have around 20 more.

חדר קטן מאוד, המזגנים לא מקררים. המלון ישן, המתקנים ישנים והתחזוקה נמוכה. צוות עם תודעת שירות נמוכה. בחדר כושר אף מכשיר לא עבד הכל היה שבור או מקולקל. המועדון ילדים לא היה פעיל. התמונות לא משקפות את המציאות. התאכזבנו.

Solid spot for a holiday with kids, but lacking in some basics.
Pros:

We arrived a day late due to flight delays and they offered to extend our stay by 1 day to compensate which was very fair of them. The breakfast is great, especially for families with kids and all of the facilities are what you expect when you book: close to the private beach, outdoor pool, indoor pool, wellness facilities. Waterpark was much better than expected!

Cons:

As per other reviews, the rooms are extremely dated and small and, contrary to the booking information, we had no sofa in the room. Similarly, no hot and barely sufficient warm water for showering and non-existent water pressure. The small fridge in the room was all but broken and after 3 requests to have it fixed or replaced during the stay, we gave up. Value for money score could be higher with room renovations and attention to details such as functioning appliances and enough water and pressure to shower.
