تجربة الإقامة

كانت إقامتنا جيدة بشكل عام، خصوصًا أن سعر الفندق مناسب، والتكييف في الغرفة كان يعمل بشكل جيد.

وأحب بشكل خاص أن أشكر الأستاذة ندى على حسن تعاملها معنا واهتمامها الشديد براحتنا. كانت متعاونة جدًا وودودة، وحاولت بكل الطرق أن تساعدنا وتوفر لنا ما نحتاجه، وكانت حريصة على إرضائنا رغم أن بعض الأمور لم تكن في يدها. تعاملها الراقي واهتمامها بنا كان من أفضل الأشياء في تجربتنا.

Cons:

في المقابل، واجهتنا بعض الملاحظات عند الوصول، منها التأخر في تسليم الغرفة، وبعض المشاكل في الغرفة مثل أن باب الشاور لم يكن يغلق بشكل جيد، والسرير كان يحتاج إلى صيانة. كما أن بعض مستلزمات الـhousekeeping لم تكن متوفرة في البداية، وتم توفير بعضها لاحقًا.

ومن الملاحظات أيضًا أن منطقة الـreception/lobby لا يوجد بها تكييف، ومع وجود عدد كبير جدًا من زوار اليوم الواحد (day use) الفندق، تصبح المنطقة مزدحمة للغاية، وأحيانًا لا يجد نزلاء الفندق أنفسهم مكانًا مريحًا للجلوس. الأستاذة ندى عرضت علينا بالفعل توفير مكان للجلوس، ولكن مع شدة الزحام وعدم وجود تكييف، لم تكن القعدة مريحة بالشكل الكافي.

نتمنى الاهتمام بهذه التفاصيل مستقبلًا، لأن الفندق لديه نقاط إيجابية، وخصوصًا حسن تعامل الموظفين. ونحب أن نؤكد أن ملاحظاتنا ليست موجهة للأستاذة ندى إطلاقًا، بالعكس، فهي بذلت مجهودًا واضحًا جدًا لمساعدتنا، لكن بعض الأمور تحتاج إلى تحسين على مستوى إدارة وتجهيزات الفندق.

- يحاولون تقديم أقصى جهد في ظل إمكانيات غير مناسبة

- المكان غير جيد !

ـ الذباب يملأ الغرفة

ـ استلام الغرف يتأخر وستنتظر في لوبي حار جدا

ـ لا يوجد واي فاي 

ـ الأفضل: أن تشترك في رحلة day use تدفع فيها (200 l.e جنيه فقط) وستمتلك كل شيئ، وستمكث في المكان حتى العاشرة مساء وستتساوى في المنافع مع هؤلاء الذين أخطأوا مثلي ودفعوا آلاف الجنيهات طمعنا في خدمة فندقية  جيدة

- للأسف الــ Day use هو سيد الموقف وهو الذي يفقد المكان كل نجماته ، ويشعرك أنك فقدت أموالك !

آسف جدا يا آنسات ، فضميري لم يؤيدني في منح نقاط أكثر من ذلك

أما أنتم ، فأرشحكما للعمل في أفضل الأماكن (شكرا لكما) .

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the staff made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived.

A very special thank you to Ms. Verena for her exceptional hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, and her warm attitude made a real difference to our experience.

The best in the Suez Canal, but with very major concerns related to the pool and sea timing and never go at the weekends

The location and the hotel is amazing, it’s the best cost value in the Suez Canal, the staff was so friendly and supportive especially Ms. Sarah and Ms. Madonna in the reception (if I remember the names correctly)…. Generally U can find all the faculties in one place

Cons:

What is completely disaster and let me go for 8, the hotel administrator decided to give the pool for training purpose each Saturday, Monday, Wednesday from 4 to 8 pm and hotel guests are not allowed to use and even the sea is only open till 6:30 … which is really crazy especially if u have ur children. One more thing never go at the weekend as the hotel is open for public by ticket and u can’t find even a place in the pool or the sea…

I liked the music and the smiles of the the staff very welcoming , verena and kholde were very nice helpful and attentionated. They were very available and smiling whenever they see us . Thank you for everything I would definitely recommend you staying here

If you like the calm don’t come on a weekend it can get very crowded.
