Lo staff. Molto gentile e disponibile. Tutti giorni 2 bottigliette di acqua in camera

Cons:

La pulizia soprattutto negli spazi comune. Sala colazione sporco per terra, armadietti e macchina da caffè tutto sporco. Piscina piena di vespe morte che non venivano tolte, area attorno la piscina non veniva mai pulita, tavolini sporchi....

Pros:

El personal muy amable y atento, no tenemos ninguna queja fueron muy serviciales en todo momento y siempre con una sonrisa.

No es algo que no me gustó, solo es un comentario en mi caso en específico pedí si se podía poner algo para decorar la habitación ya que era el cumpleaños de mi pareja y se olvidaron, pero entiendo que también tengan trabajo y es un despiste humano!

colazione con uova, i teli da bagno puliti.

Cons:

migliorerei la colazione di più e fresca fatta al mattino, con più varietà di scelta, e anche il prezzo della colazione di 20£ a persona é tanto per la quantità degli alimenti, le camere più arieggiate perché odorava di chiuso.

The rooms were clean and well equipped. The service was fast and staff was there to help. The breakfast was good. The swimming pools were in good condition. I highly recommend The Red Farm Relais and Spa. They also accepted our request for my boyfriend to come before the check in and decorate the room.

Pros:

Posizione in quartiere residenziale fuori dalla città ma, comunque, con spostamenti resi difficili dal traffico caotico a tutte le ore

Cons:

Colazione solo continentale. Per gli italiani (la maggioranza degli ospiti durante il mio soggiorno), solo pane del giorno prima e marmellata di fragole di produzione industriale. Per comunicare con lo staff un gruppo WA nel quale ho posto due domande entrambe senza risposta.
