Amazing!
Pros:

The staff were so polite! Whatever I wanted to ask, they were always available to offer advice and anything else I needed. Polite, kind-hearted, and real people! I would definitely choose this place again if my travels ever take me back to Malta.

La propreté déplorable, le manque d’entretien des locaux.
Nous avions réservé trois nuits, nous avons demandé à être remboursé des deux nuits restantes, ça n’a pas pu être le cas, pas d’aide de booking… notre pire séjour !!

Super miejsce, obsługa, kameralnie, wszystko pod ręką. Woda w basenie jak zauważyłem wymieniana była co 2 doby. Śniadania w ofercie oceniam na smaczne, jest wybór. Dodatkowo możliwość zamówienia lanczu na terenie do godziny 14.00. Poza tym kolację zamawialiśmy z dostawą pod drzwi. Dobre miejsce wypadowe na zwiedzanie. Podróżowaliśmy po Malcie bolt. We have just checked out, and I would like to start by highlighting the great hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. All the team members were friendly and welcoming, but I would especially like to mention Jenny. She works incredibly hard, yet at all times remains professional, attentive and genuinely engaged with guests. Her guest-interaction skills are exceptional and, in my opinion, go far beyond the level of service normally experienced. She is definitely a great asset to the property.

The location and surroundings are amazing, and the rooms are lovely. For someone with a busy lifestyle, this was exactly what we needed — a small family break in a relaxing environment.

The breakfast was also very good, especially considering the size of the hotel. I really liked the variety and the menu choices, and I honestly have no suggestions for improvement in this area. I saw a good variety of options and felt that the breakfast offering was well thought out.

Overall, we really enjoyed our family break, and I would like to thank the entire team for their hospitality — especially Jenny, whose service truly stood out.
