Pros:

Le cadre est joli. Le petit déjeuner est très correct.

Cons:

Malheureusement, nous avons eu la chambre ou le bruit de la rue est très dérangeant. Mes nuits ont été courtes. Le personnel était navré et ne pouvant rien y faire.

Pros:

The manager was very welcoming and listened to my needs and concerns and offered a different room accordingly!!
The spa and CBD massage oil experience was excellent!!

Cons:

The fire alarm in the first room assigned was blinking non stop and it was very disturbing.
It needs to be updated or repaired

The service was impeccable and the property’s ambiance truly set the stage for a relaxing stay. We treated ourselves to massages followed by a lovely afternoon tea—everything was top-tier. A highlight was having the indoor pool entirely to ourselves!

Cons:

My only note for improvement would be a lingering drainage smell in the bathroom after use, which was a bit at odds with the otherwise pristine environment.

La gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner, le cadre agréable et beau.

Cons:

Une seule grande serviette pour deux, le sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionnait pas, le bruit des voitures qui passent sur une plaque d'égout qui claque toute la nuit, le plafond qui s'effrite et tombe sur le lit.

Relaxing
Pros:

The breakfast had a wide variety of food, they took their time to ask for any allergens and prepared an individual breakfast including gluten free foods which is not typically found everywhere. They also decorated the room upon request which I appreciated so much.

Cons:

During the night, you can hear the cars going over the pot hole in the street over.

Pros:

La struttura é molto bella, con la piscina e un grande giardino. La colazione é buona e abbondante.

Cons:

La camera che avevamo noi aveva 2 finestre che davano entrambe sul corridoio e non c’erano altre tende se non quelle completamente oscuranti quindi non potevamo far entrare luce naturale altrimenti da fuori ci avrebbero visto tutti. Siamo dovuti stare al buio o con la luce della camera accesa anche di giorno.

Relaxing stay
Pros:

Very relaxing. Very helpful and efficient staff, spacious and well equipped room with nice private patio. Pool area is pretty and plenty of space. The property is well maintained, the breakfast is very good with food choices cooked to order. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here
