Estar a 1 cuadra de la plaza de armas; 2 cuadras del malecón y tener un buen trato y servicio lo hace muy buen y super recomendado. En el desayuno te brindan la descripción del origen y proceso del café. Y su productos son muy ricos y de buena calidad

Clean modern hotel close to restaurants and shops. Only stayed in Jaen one night when it was very hot but had a good fan in the room. Helpful English speaking owner who was very enthusiastic about his coffee

The most comfortable bed and pillows I had on my travel. I have to bring my own pillow but didn't have to unpack it. Super comfy beds+ good & quiet aircon.
The location is great, the garage is two blocks away, but no issue. A bit of noise from the casino next door, but only annoying on Saturdays. Otherwise, rather quiet for the location. The breakfast is good and the coffee great. The café is open in the evening and as I can't have coffee in the evening I got delicious local hot chocolate. I felt well looked after. Needed a mechanic for my motorbike and the owner was driving around town with me to find the right spot. Super helpful. Very nice family and friendly staff! Will definitely return! Also the rooms have a nice design, not the same basic style like most of the other hotels.

Loved this place! It was perfect for what we wanted, it was situated well next to a busy square but definitely not noisy at night time! We had air con which was perfect and the room was very clean! Nice views over the city for the balcaony door. Also the breakfast was a little small but delicious and served with coffee beans which were local to Jaen! Super nice hosts!

The room was a good size with a clean, private bathroom. Very hot in the bedroom but there was a good fan, albeit quite loud.

The location is great, close to places to eat, main square, banks etc. 10 min walk from bus station or you can take a tuktuk. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. The coffee served in the morning was delicious! Comfy bed, hot shower, fan provided for room too

Just a block from the Plaza de Armas and only four blocks from where buses arrive from Ecuador (Loja, Vilcabamba, Zumba) and where buses depart for Chachapoyas. Clean place, helpful staff. Soap and shampoo provided. Solid wifi. They take credit cards (V/MC) with no markup. Eggs, rolls, fresh juice and coffee for breakfast.
