Staff was good, so hopefully the hotel will only improve upon customer experience
Pros:

Room -
Room was very spacious, the most spacious among all the hotels I stayed with
The washroom had a bathtub, with 24*7 hot and cold water
Breakfast -
Though the breakfast took time to prepare it was a decent and filling one. English breakfast only - Fruits, Sandwiches, Muffins, Eggs , Omlette, Tea/Cofee/Juice

Cons:

Customer Service -
There just handful of staff maintaining this hotel currently as this seems to be under renovation.
On Day 1 when we woke up at 7AM there was not a single hotel staff we could locate for the first 30mins.
Worst part, there was no security guard or so available as well. They had locked the doors to keep us safe but we were like trapped, not a good feeling when you have plans to move early morning to explore the place
On Day 2 things were much better. BF was on time, though the same things but they took care of meeting our time constrains and providing us breakfast at our requested time as we were to check-out and make a move
Location -
The location is in the interior and google maps shows it wrongly, hence we took time to figure out the place. We had to call the reception to figure out how to reach the hotel.
Communication -
They should have mentioned about the renovation work to be transparents to their customers. Though it did not cause disturbance as majority of things were complete but it felt that the new management still has to take things under control.

这家酒店非常推荐👍🏻，酒店式管理👍🏻，有电梯有晾衣平台，顶楼可以拍日落日出，员工服务非常热情周到，房间干净卫生，前台接待员工衣着整齐很正规，我谷歌搜到一家阿育吠陀医馆👍🏻他立即电话帮你咨询😄并把我们送到医馆（就在酒店隔壁），顺便说一下这家祖传医馆阿育吠陀按摩非常棒👍🏻而且不贵。

Very comfortable stay overall.
Pros:

Breakfast was nor buffet type, but was very good and we got what we wanted. Location is little far from city centre, but easily accessible.

Staff were good when seen.

Cons:

Quite a distance from center, also never saw any staff after check in - probably why they ask for full payment on check in. WhatsApp given for enquiries/requests/assistance however there was no response to my questions even after 36 hours later (then I checked out). Reception area looks like a construction zone. I thought price was a little high given lack of staff, amenities and response to questions.

Great room and view, i thought it was well worth it, the best of 3 places i stayed in in Kandy.
Pros:

Room great , gig comfortable bed and a new sofa and balcony had great view. Generous bfast, tv had cricket channel for t20 world cup.

Cons:

Front doors padlocked on return from dinner 2 nights, about 10.30pm.
Tip - tou need to bang on the garage door to the right and u are let in and go up the stairs.
There is no reception, its still being constructed, so if u need new towels or tea etc ask when u get your bfast.

It’s a quiet place. Despite renovations at the lobby the place as quiet. Scenic view from balcony. Beds were comfortable. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

Das Hotel hat wohl schon bessere Tage gesehen, bzw. wird hoffentlich wieder bessere sehen;)
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich scheinbar im Umbau. Der Zimmer Preis war um 75% herabgesetzt. Insofern war es ok! Die Zimmer waren schon sehr abgenutzt, das Sofa sehr fleckig….zunächst hatten wir eine sehr kleines schäbiges Zimmer ohne Fenster…nach Anfrage haben wir ein größeres wesentliches besseres Zimmer zum selben Preis bekommen, danke dem Personal! Um 6.30 hat allerdings der Verkehrslärm begonnen und es war vorbei mit schlafen.
