2 nights in Kandy to sight see and watch the T20 cricket.
Pros:

Right on the river bank with rooms & balcony overlooking the river (so not each other) with huge windows. Lovely family atmosphere, met on arrival and immediately shown to our room before all the check-in stuff which was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble - moving sun loungers in and out of the sun, drinks, breakfast, etc. Breakfast was a rolling buffet - very good, lots of fresh fruit, pancakes, yoghurt, etc. Pool was super clean. It was a great place to be.

Cons:

OK, we knew this but it was a good 5km out of Kandy but it was not difficult to get a tuk tuk or a taxi to take you into town. We had supper at the hotel just because I couldn't face going back into town but it was delicious and a good decision. Nothing not to like.

Séjour à Kandy
Pros:

Nous y avons passé 3 nuits,parfait pour découvrir Kandy tranquillement sans subir la pollution et le bruit. L'hôtel est une affaire familiale, tous aussi gentil et serviable les uns que les autres.
Nous y avons dégusté le meilleur café depuis notre arrivée.
Le patron vous aide pour réserver tuk tuk ou voiture.
Un grand merci à toute l'équipe.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le Kandy Riverside Villa, situé au calme au bord de la rivière.

Cons:

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience my family and I had at your hotel. We made a booking for a family room through your website in the evening, and we received a confirmation call from your team, assuring us that our reservation was secure.

However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that the room had been given to another customer, and we were not notified of this issue beforehand. This lack of communication caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. To make matters worse, we were offered an alternative room that was well outside of our original budget.

As a result, I had no choice but to leave the hotel at around 9:00 PM, with my children, which was incredibly inconvenient and disappointing.

I am disappointed by the lack of responsibility shown by your staff in handling this situation. Clear communication and honoring reservations are fundamental to providing good customer service, and unfortunately, these standards were not met

Pros:

Proprietario e personale davvero gentili, ambiente rilassante, semplice ma suggestivo in riva al fiume.

Cons:

Distanza da Kandy, non sono 3 km come scritto ma molto di più, ed intorno non c’è praticamente nulla.
La sera alcune zanzare fastidiose
