ほとんどのスタッフの方々が、非常に親切に対応してくれた。朝食の質がとても良かった。

Cons:

駐車スペースに対して幅ギリギリの大型車（ランクル）でも駐車許可されているため、隣接した車は乗降／荷物の出し入れに大変苦労した。小さめの駐車スペースなので、今後のトラブルを避けるならば、ある程度のサイズ制限をした方が良いのでは？
観光に対する情報に疎いスタッフの方がおり、残念だった。

スタッフが笑顔で接してくれて温かみを感じた。

施設がとても綺麗だった。
大浴場もとても快適で、ゆっくり出来た。
朝食も高知の地なら食べ物がたくさん並んでいて美味しかった。
受験で宿泊したが、受付でキットカットを頂だき、嬉しかった。
またここに泊まりたいと思った。

外の景色を見たかったが、窓が思ったより汚かった。
