It is near the beach. The beach is amazing. The room is clean and tidy.

Cons:

The phone did not work. The laundry did not function. The TV remote control was not functioning. I bought a sea view room however it does not really have a sea view.

Pros:

Tesis çok güzel bir kumsalda yer alıyor. Dolayısıyla günlük kullanım için gelen misafirlerin plajı terketmeleri sonrasında, sessiz dingin ve huzurlu bir gece imkanı sunmaktadır.

Cons:

Tesis çıkış saati saat 10:00 da buda oteli terketmeniz için sabah en geç 8 de hazırlanmaya başlamanız gerekiyor. Ayrıca tesisin plajına gittiğimde gerçekten şok oldum. Otelden sabah 10:00 da çıkış yaptığım için plajın artık ücretli olduğunu bildirdiler. Bence bu çok çirkin bir yaklaşım. 20 eur ile ne otel zengin olur ne ben bir şey kaybederim. Ama sanki otelden çıkışımız bekleniyor gibi plaja giren müşteinize çıkış yaptınız ücret ödemelisiniz yaklaşımı bence çok çirkin oldu. Eski, sosyal imkanları olmayan bir otel ve gecelik 230 Eur ücret ödeyen misafirlarinizden çıkış yaptığı anda böyle bir ücret talep edilmesi çok çirkin oldu. Ama bu müşteri kazanımı değil gerçekten bir daha burayı tercih etmemem için bana verilmiş bir uyarı oldu.

Otel lüks konseptli, imkanları iyi, fiziki olarak istenileni veriyor. Belboy çok iyi, çok yardımsever ve ilgili

Cons:

Bir wifi erişim sorunu yaşadık, büyük bir otelde aksaklık olması ve bunun saatler sürmesi biraz üzücü oldu.
Resepsiyon personeli antipatik, çözüm odaklı yaklaşım göstermiyor, neyseki çok iyi belboyları var o toparlıyor.

Perfect for a short stay on way to airport.
Pros:

Lovely beach
Easy parking
Concierge staff very good
Food was good.
Lots of families with small children.
Close to airport 30 mins with no traffic issues.

Cons:

Our room was advertised with balcony, but it overlooked the a/c units and building in front. It was really dark.
We had expected a view from a balcony. Hotel was full apparently so we couldn’t be moved. However, as we were only staying for 1 night, it was ok.

Cons:

Otelden ayrılacağımız gün, temizlik görevlisi 2 bayan kapıyı çaldı, 10 dk sonra çıkacağımızı söyledim ve gittiler, 5 dk sonra geri geldiler, o sırada valizlerimizi kapatırken odaya saygısızca girip çarşafların ve havluların değişimine başladılar. Bu arada Saat 10.30 civarıydı.Yani check out için geç saat değildi.
Genel olarak Karadağ halkı çok kaba ,saygısız, asık suratlı (bir kaç kişi istisna olabilir) Bir daha Karadağ a gitmeyeceğiz ve tavsiyede etmeyeceğiz.Hatta dönüş uçağında konuştuğumuz tüm arkadaşlar aynı düşüncedeydi.
