Drinking a cup of coffee in the morning at the top of happiness
Nothing
Excellent location, close to Tahrir Square, Cairo Tower, and the small museum. I didn't have time to plan a sightseeing itinerary, but the staff offered one. The room was excellent, the furniture was new, and the place seemed to have been renovated.
No
Honestly, it’s one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever had! I am a person who travels a lot and tried a lot of hotels, but this hotel is really special in all details. The place is comfortable and quiet, the room is always clean and smells fresh, and the bed and mattress are very comfortable, I slept comfortably as if I were in my house, not a hotel.
The hotel is located in the city center near restaurants, shops and the main street. It seems to be a safe area.
There isn't

Location is great.
The kids working there are very nice and helpful- even though there was one, tall and well-built, who was a bit too nice, hitting on my girlfriend. Slow down, Casanova: not the place and or crowd!
The breakfast is a joke; no coffee, just lots of bread, and we asked for it before 8 before going on a tour and we were told it hadn't arrived.
The building and the stairs are so dirty.
The elevator doesn't always work.
Cleanliness is an issue in the room, its carpet, the bathroom. The latter was kind of blocked and I had to rearrange a mass of hair in the drain so the water from showering would stream down.
The hotel was convenient and well-priced in downtown Cairo. Most of the staff were helpful and my room was comfortable and quiet. The shared bathroom was as expected.
Breakfast was not great and often took a while.
