This was my second stay at this beautiful hotel, and once again, I was absolutely delighted by the warm welcome I received upon my return.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine smiles, kindness, and wonderful hospitality. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to offer their help, making me feel truly valued and at home.
A very special thank you to Omar, Aya, and Hadir ، you were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay even more special. ⭐️

I arrived at 6 am after a night bus ride and the staff was so welcoming, especially the ladies at the reception. Nicest, comfy room with a view, everything was perfect. Thanks a lot!

我是iAjin，这段时间入住Regency inn，最让我满意的便是这里安静的居住环境。
酒店周边街区十分喧闹，街边来往行人、车辆噪音络绎不绝，本来我还十分担忧住宿会被嘈杂的街景打扰，休息质量受到影响。可入住之后我才发现，屋内隔绝噪音的效果很好，关上房门基本听不到街道的喧哗，能够远离外界的纷扰，安安稳稳地休息。
除此以外，前台工作人员的服务态度也十分贴心友善。办理入住时流程顺畅，遇到疑问都会耐心细致地为我解答，待人温和有礼貌。整体住宿体验超出我的预期。在热闹嘈杂的城区之中，很难寻得一处清净舒服的住处，这家旅店恰好做到了。如果之后我再次来到这座城市出行，我依旧会优先选择这里，也很推荐出行看重住宿环境安静程度的游客前来入住。
再次感谢Omar、Aya、Nour、Hadir。他们都非常的友好！

我覺得他的窗台是最棒的部分，可惜的是最後一天早上我才發現窗台的燈可以打開。

Just loved my stay there!
Bebo welcomed me on my first day, he always make sure I had all I needed. Nancy and Fady were also lovely, asking me If I needed anything and making sure I was always okay! So thankful to then and the rest of the staff that made my trip to Cairo much better! They even upgraded the room to me! Also, as a solo female traveler I felt extremely safe staying in the hotel. I am sure that If I go back to Cairo I’ll recommend this place. Shokran!!

Just loved everything from this place. Specially the staff, always happy to help you with anything, also, as a solo female traveler, I felt super safe! They also updated me for a better room! The location is great, just on the heart of Cairo, where you can find many shops, restaurants and cafes. There’s also a a/c in the room! I will highly recommend this place for every travelers and will consider coming back next time I travel to Egypt! Shokran!!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach wunderbar. Die Lage ist perfekt – direkt im Herzen der Stadt und nur wenige Gehminuten von Restaurants, Geschäften und den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt.

Das gesamte Personal war hervorragend – professionell, engagiert und den ganzen Tag über jederzeit ansprechbar. Alle Mitarbeiter wussten genau, was sie tun, und waren stets bereit, den Gästen bei Fragen oder Wünschen freundlich weiterzuhelfen.

Das Zimmer war makellos sauber und sehr komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und sorgte jederzeit für frische und angenehme Luft. Das Housekeeping wechselte täglich die Handtücher und Bettwäsche, reinigte und desinfizierte den Boden und hinterließ das Zimmer stets sauber und angenehm duftend.

Ein weiteres Highlight war das Frühstück. Es wurde pünktlich zur gewünschten Uhrzeit direkt aufs Zimmer gebracht, sodass wir unser Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit einem wunderschönen Blick über die Stadt genießen konnten.

Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Herrn Fadi. Er begegnete allen Gästen mit großem Respekt und war immer hilfsbereit – selbst bei Anliegen, die eigentlich nicht zu seinen Aufgaben gehörten. Man merkt sofort, dass er Menschen gerne hilft. Er ist ein außergewöhnlich freundlicher und herzlicher Mensch.

Außerdem möchten wir Herrn Omar an der Rezeption ausdrücklich erwähnen. Er arbeitet mit großem Einsatz, ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend und kümmert sich jederzeit aufmerksam um das Wohl der Gäste.

Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

لقد كانت إقامتي في فندق "Regency Inn" في القاهرة تجربة ممتازة بكل المقاييس. الموقع ممتاز، الغرف نظيفة ومرتبة وتوفر أجواء مريحة جداً للاسترخاء.
​أود أن أخص بالشكر موظف الاستقبال "بيبو" على تعامله الراقي واحترافيته العالية؛ فقد كان في غاية الاحترام واللطف، وحريصاً جداً على تقديم المساعدة وتلبية جميع احتياجاتنا بابتسامة طوال فترة الإقامة. وجود موظفين بهذا المستوى من الخلق يجعل الإقامة تجربة لا تُنسى. بالتأكيد سأكرر الزيارة مرة أخرى.

Great location. Close to good dining options like Koshary Abou Tarek and Kazaz.
Very friendly staff: Bebo was super nice and helpful during our stay. He also helped with arranging our Tour to the Great Pyramids of Giza.
I'll be definitely back in the same hotel next time I'm in Cairo.

These guys are all so lovely - happy to help with anything, have a chat and make the stay so easy without being too intense. I got back late from a long bus journey and Bebo was there to welcome me, he had the AC on in my room ready and then the next day was helping me carry my bags down to the car at 2am. Fady is also super friendly and helpful with great conversation (plus making awesome coffees and tea!) The location is ideal - easy access to all the usual tourist sites but plenty to do/see in downtown for a more authentic experience and can easily walk over to the Nile Corniche. There is also enough quiet and good WiFi that I was able to spend one afternoon working online from the room. The breakfast was great and there are drinks as needed throughout the day. I was just passing through Cairo but really enjoyed my stay!

Loved my stay here - The staff were so friendly and helpful although my schedule was hectic and my plans kept changing - I was able to check - in much earlier than I originally requested. The room was clean and big with a comfy bed and hot shower with good water pressure. The staff ordered food for me to be delivered so I didn't have to worry about anything and even left me a slice of cake they had been eating! It is a super easy walk to/from the GoBus station and is in a really nice part of Downtown Cairo with lots of coffee shops, fruit stalls, bookshops. I was able to leave two big suitcases for storage whilst I went on a trip. They really did everything possible to help me - highly recommend staying here!
