Good and safe place as for a budget hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Especially Bibo, he was very professional and helpful, spoke good English and made sure to meet all my requests. They let me use the kitchen any time I wanted tea or coffee. I felt safe in there. Location is perfect if you don’t mind busy downtown and want to visit the old Cairo museum in Indiana Jones’s warehouse style.

Cons:

The rooms acoustics were not very good. Could hear everything through the door. Also water pressure in the bathroom’s taps was bit funny. Coming and going. Breakfast could be little better.

El cairo hay que conocerlo
Pros:

Lugar cómodo, instalaciones con lo básico para una estadía y tranquila. Personal muy amable. Muy bien ubicado en pleno centro cerca de sitios de interés, restoranes, cafeterías

Great location and very clean
Pros:

A very, very friendly receptionist. Great location, a little hard to locate, not the cleanest entrance to the building (which is shared), but the hotel itself is clean and you can tell they are really trying.

Cons:

The entrance could be better marked and the common staircase cleaner, but I am guessing this is not hotel’s decision.

Great Value for your Money!
Pros:

The staff truly made my stay memorable,warm, attentive, and always happy to chat. It felt like they genuinely cared about our comfort. Bebo and Nancy were exceptional!

My room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a nice balcony and a fridge, which was a great bonus. The beds were cozy, and overall cleanliness was decent.

The location is fantastic, set in the newer, refurbished part of downtown Cairo, with plenty of great cafés and shopping spots nearby.

Excellent value for money! I’ll definitely be returning.

Cons:

Shower was a small but was still able to take a good enough shower.

Cleaniliness was good overall but can be slightly better expecially in the bathroom.

Great Stay at Regency Hotel

I recently stayed at Regency hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and made check in easy. Staff support with every single detial, big bonus.

My room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities. The hotel is in a perfect spot, close to 24/7 local shops and resturants. I enjoyed breakfast; mix of continetal and freshly cooked

Overall, I highly recommend it

Okay stay
Pros:

Convenient location, kind staff with excellent English. Our room was on the quiet side of the building. Nice to have breakfast out on the shared balcony at the end of hallway.

Cons:

The bathroom will be too small for many, wetroom style with shower over the toilet, shower didn’t drain well. Coffee or tea would be great with breakfast. Noise travels well from the hallway into the rooms.
