Find another place to stay
Pros:

The location is excellent, yes beach is so near. But you need to pay for beach, so the hotel has no advantage anyway.

Cons:

Very disappointing stay. We experienced a strong smell of gas in our room, which made us feel nauseous. We couldnt open door or window in this very hot night. Also, there was a noisy and rude group in next door, and when we called the reception to report the disturbance, nobody answered. At morning while checking out at 9 AM, there was no person on reception desk also. In addition, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Overall, the stay was far from pleasant and we would not choose this hotel again. Long story short, my dear friend who is reading this comment, find another place to stay.

Cons:

Leider entsprach die Unterkunft überhaupt nicht den Erwartungen bzw. den Fotos auf Booking. Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft, besonders die Badewanne. Auch die Ausstattung war enttäuschend: Die Betten waren unbequem und haben stark gequietscht. Türen und Türgriffe waren beim Öffnen und Schließen extrem laut, sodass wir nachts sogar Angst hatten, zur Toilette zu gehen, um unsere Kinder nicht aufzuwecken. Insgesamt waren wir sehr enttäuscht und würden die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Güzel, sakin bir tatil.
Pros:

Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Sık sık bir şeye ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordular, her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Otel çok temizdi ve birçok yerin aksine kötü kokmuyordu. Göle olan yakınlığı da çok büyük bir artı. Tekrar gelsem tercih edebileceğim bir yer. Yüzmek asıl önceliğinizse buralarda konaklamanızı tavsiye ederim. Merkezdeki plajlar kirli ve kalabalık. Göl burada harikaydı, tertemiz ve şeffaf.

Cons:

Merkeze biraz uzak olması bizi zorladı çünkü aracımız yoktu. Merkeze giden otobüsler otelin çok yakınından geçiyor ama denk gelmek büyük şans. Saatlerine bakmamıza rağmen çok beklememiz gerekti. Taksiyle gidip gelmek de masraflı oluyordu. Ayrıca otele ait şezlongların otelde kalanlar için bile ücretli olması bence doğru değil.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten auch.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer hätte ich mir handseife/ seifenspender gewünscht.

Siisti huone lähellä rantaa.
Pros:

Lähellä rantaa, ilmainen parkkipaikka ja erittäin siisti huone.

Cons:

Kuvasta saa käsityksen, että ranta on hotellin, mutta se ei ole. Rantatuolit maksavat extraa. Lähellä ei juurikaan ole kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloita.

Tesisin sadece yeri çok güzeldi ve çalışanları güler yüzlü ve yardımcı idi. Hemen inip göle girebilmeniz ve gölde otelin kendi güneşlenme alanı olması iyi. Odalar büyük. Yardımcı olduğu için Mikhael’e ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Dva Bisera diye bir restorana yönlendirdi. Yemekleri çok güzel.

Cons:

Otel çok eski. İnanılmaz ses geçiriyor. Yan odanız sifon çekildiğinde sanki sizin odanızda çekilmiş gibi ses geliyor.

The room was clean and good.

Cons:

I booked a room with a lake view. The description stated that it included a private beach with sunbeds, as well as a terrace overlooking the lake. Unfortunately, none of that matched what we received.

The terrace was extremely small—literally about one square meter. Two people could barely stand on it, and there was absolutely no lake view.

The listing also stated that the private beach and sunbeds were included, but when we arrived, we were told that both had to be paid for separately.

In the end, the only thing included in the price was the room itself. We did not get the lake view we booked, we did not have a proper terrace with a view, and the private beach and sunbeds were not included as advertised.
