Another wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. It’s certainly not my first time here, and once again, everything was exceptional. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, the atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, and the service is consistently outstanding. It’s always a pleasure to return to a place where you feel genuinely valued and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again.

We had a very uncomfortable experience at this hotel and decided to check out early in the morning.
From the moment we arrived, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff member was visibly irritated, answered our questions with an attitude, and even snapped at a colleague right in front of us during our check-in. When we asked about a room with a lake view, he responded aggressively, saying, "This is the room I have." Later, when we simply asked if the parking area behind the hotel belonged to the property, instead of answering, he abruptly demanded, "Did you park your car there?"
Furthermore, the hotel details are misleading. Based on the photos, we assumed the beach area and sun loungers belonged to the hotel, but they turned out to be paid services. The lake entry is also very rocky, making it unsafe and unsuited for non-swimmers attempting to enter from the shore.
Overall, the atmosphere was unwelcoming and hostile, leaving us completely unable to relax. We cannot recommend this hotel.

Öğlen yemeği istediğimizde başka restorantan sipariş verilip getirilmesi hoşumuza gitmedi. Kendileri yapsa daha iyi olurdu ,bekleme süresi uzun oldu.
