A fairly nice place to stay in Dahab, but with some inconveniences
Pros:

The total area was quite spacious. This place could potentially be very nice, with some minor improvements and a bit of effort. The location suited me, with an assortment of very reasonably-priced restaurants and shops nearby, and it was only about a 10-minute walk to the footbridge and “main drag.” The staff were friendly. There is a rooftop area and I was told they serve meals there, though I didn’t eat there. There is a large refrigerator and a gas stove in the kitchen and a table with four chairs, which was convenient for eating and writing. There were closets and shelves, so plenty of space to put things, and a drying rack outside.

Cons:

The bed was too hard for my taste.
There were frequently cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen, despite them spraying a chemical. The bathroom sink and parts of the floor were not very clean and I unclogged the shower drain myself.
The toilet paper provided was the cheapest quality and very flimsy. There was no dish detergent so I used my own shampoo for washing the dishes. There were numerous electrical outlets however my own European plugs did not fit snugly into any of them as the outlet holes were too large. This made charging my phone very difficult, and I’d have to play around until I managed to make contact and prop the cord so it didn’t move. Another annoyance was the poor WiFi connection. I would have to change the WiFi name and password if I just went a few steps from the bedroom into the living area. And in the bedroom I would get better connection if I sat on the edge of one bed, but not on the other!

Pros:

מלון מתוק, נעים, נקי והשירות מעולה. כשהגענו מכיוון הכביש הראשי, קצת נבהלנו, כי חשבנו שהוא רחוק מהמרכז. אבל מסתבר שהוא ממוקם דקה הליכה מהטיילת, אבל ברחוב שקט. קיבלנו דירת 2 חדרים מאוד נוחה, עם מטבח ומקרר גדול, מרפסת קטנה וממש תחושה של בית.
עלי מקסים, מוכן לעזור בכל בעייה, דאג לנו לוואי פיי יציב שמאפשר זום ללא ניתוקים.

Cons:

כמו בכל מקום שהיינו, הזרם מים במקלחת בעייתי... לא יציב.
כדאי להשאיר במטבח גם סמרטוט ומעמד קטן ליבוש כלים מעל הכיור.

Приємний затишний чистий готель недалеко від центру, чудовий персонал, смачний сніданок!
Pros:

Приємне затишне місце, зручні номери, гарний дворик, чудова атмосфера, ввічливий персонал. Дуже смачний сніданок на даху з видом на море. Все сподобалось!

Cons:

Душ міг би бути кращим, але за таку ціну все цілком пристойно. Також у номері великий холодильник, який складно вимкнути. Вночі він гучно гудить.

la ubicación es relativamente buena y tranquila y el personal con el que tratamos al llegar, dentro de la mala situación, al menos nos atendió con rapidez. Pero honestamente, eso no compensa ni el estado de la habitación ni la pésima gestión posterior

Cons:

La experiencia fue muy decepcionante desde el primer momento. Al llegar, nos informaron de que tenían overbooking y que, por ese motivo, nos iban a asignar una habitación inferior a la que habíamos reservado con la promesa de cambiarnos al día siguiente. Esta situación, aunque no es ideal, puede entenderse si se gestiona correctamente.
Sin embargo, lo que resulta totalmente inaceptable es el estado de la habitación que nos dieron: no estaba preparada ni acondicionada para recibir huéspedes. El nivel de limpieza era muy deficiente (baño sucio, incluida la taza del váter, nevera con restos de comida de anteriores clientes), las camas no tenían sábanas y no había toallas ni artículos básicos como papel higiénico o jabón.
Por si fuera poco, al día siguiente recibimos un correo de Booking informando de que nuestra reserva había sido cancelada como “no show”, a pesar de que sí nos habíamos presentado en el alojamiento. Este tipo de gestión es completamente inaceptable y deja al cliente en una situación de indefensión.
Finalmente decidimos abandonar el alojamiento. No recomendaría este alojamiento en absoluto

The worst Booking.com experience.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing, I didn't even have a chance to see the accommodations, such was the poor service. Lamentable.

Cons:

I absolutely do not recommend this accommodation; we received terrible service. A rude and ill-mannered man who should never have been a host. When he was called to receive us, he didn't even greet us, and spent 15 minutes on the phone to confirm it, then kept asking how mach was the in booking.com reservation. They don't accept credit cards, and he told us to go to the bank to get cash, even though it was night and we had heavy backpacks. We also felt mistreated because I am a woman and spoke to him. In the end, we left and did not stay there.

Cons:

Я бронировала номер, чтобы после ночного самолёта поспать до заезда в свой отель.
Приехав на место, мне сказали, что мой номер занят, а я могу снять только другой за цену в 2 раза выше. Простите, но 45$ за то, чтобы поспать 2 часа - это слишком. Я не согласилась и ушла.
В итоге я взяла чемодан и пошла в кафе у моря и там ждала своего заезда. Поспать не удалось

Highly recommend villa 22 and will return.
Pros:

Lovely location and very welcoming and friendly staff. Great views from our rooms as well, well prepared breakfast and a lovely roof top terrace to enjoy the sunrise from. Very mindful of guest privacy.

Cons:

Leaking toilet taps in bathrooms.

Pros:

Great place, close to the centre but tucked away. Khaled the manager really looked after me, and the breakfasts were amazing. Also made me koshary for dinner one night! Nice rooftop view of the mountains and the sea.
