I don’t recommend
Cons:

I do not recommend staying at Villa 22. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from the beginning.

The villa had an ant problem, and several basic amenities were missing. There were no towels when we arrived, and we had to keep asking for two days before receiving them. We only got one towel at first, and the other two came after repeated requests. The staff also ignored many of our requests, which was very frustrating. In the end, I had to go out and buy basic items myself because they were not provided. To make matters worse, the Wi Fi did not work at all during our stay.

I also paid for breakfast and dinner, which turned out to be a complete waste of money. We were told there would be a set menu with different options, but that was not the case. Breakfast was extremely poor, with almost no variety, and we had no choice over what we were served. Dinner was even more disappointing. The food was not good, and the rice was undercooked almost every day, even after we mentioned it several times. On our last night, dinner consisted of plain pasta and salad, which we refused because it was unacceptable.

Overall, I paid extra for meals but ended up eating at restaurants instead. Unfortunately, this place did not meet even basic hospitality standards, and I cannot recommend Villa 22 to anyone.

Pros:

I come here with my family from Italy for a vacation of 14 days, it was honestly a beuatiful experience. The workers of this property are very helpful and fast, everything we've asked them was done with kindness. The space we've stayed in was suitable as we expected, the breakfast is typical and really lovable also from the rooftop you can see the Red Sea!!

Cons:

Surely we'll come back! Thank you!

Pros:

Удобная кровать и тихий кондиционер. Получилось выспаться.

Cons:

Проблемы с уборкой и фотографии номеров намного более привлекательны, чем оно в реальности. Отель явно уставший, но я там только переночевала.Может при более длительном проживании впечатления были бы иными..

This is a good accommodation in local terms, we loved it, we will go back.
Pros:

It was close to the beach and the city center. Everything was within a short walk.The breakfast was quite good, but the coffee was instant, not regular espresso. I didn't like that so much. However, I really liked that breakfast was served on the roof terrace. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

There was no shower tray, we had to clean the water from the bathroom after every shower.

Great stay in Dahab
Pros:

Great Appartment in a good location of Dahab. The Sea View at the Rooftop is really nice, the staff is very friendly and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
