Absolut enttäuschend, nie wieder
Pros:

Mir fällt nichts wirkliches ein.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist als 4-Sterne Haus gekennzeichnet, leider entspricht dies nicht dem tatsächlichen Zustand, es handelt sich hier eher um ein 1 oder 2 Sterne Haus. Viele Angaben in der Hotelbeschreibung sind unzutreffend bzw nicht vorhanden. Ich habe dort 2 Nächte verbracht, Pflegeprodukte gab es nur am ersten Tag, am zweiten Tag wurde nichts ergänzt, eine Minibar gibt es nicht, nur einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Blick auf eine Sehenswürdigkeit hatte ich nicht, wobei der Begriff Sehenswürdigkeit nicht klar definiert ist, eine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit (Bilder zeigen einen Sessel)) gab es nicht, ich hatte nur einen einfachen Stuhl, in der Bildbeschreibung im Besprechungsraum abgebildet, eine Nachttischlampe gab es nur an einer Bettseite, der Handtuchhalter war defekt, der fest verbaute Föhn ebenfalls, deshalb lag ein weiterer Föhn daneben, der Duschkopf war defekt, ebenfalls die Duschstange zur Befestigung des Brausekopfs, es gibt unkontrollierte Parkplätze vor dem Haus, welche aber ständig von den Besuchern der nebenliegenden Geschäfte genutzt werden, die Gardinen fehlten bzw waren nicht mehr in der Laufschiene arretiert, eine wirkliche Verdunkelung des Zimmers war daher nicht möglich, die Zimmerwände waren dreckig, die angegebnen Frühstückszeiten stimmten nicht, das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, nur der Mülleimer wurde geleert und die genutzten Handtücher wurden entsorgt, der Hinweis, dass alle Wohnungen rollstuhlgerecht sind ist unwahr, es gibt kein Restaurantbetrieb, Abendessen ist nicht erhältlich es gibt keinen Kleiderständer, es gibt keine Abendunterhaltung, es gibt kein Billard, es gibt keinen Sitzbereich auf allen Zimmern, es gibt kein Parkhaus, es gibt keinen Safe, es gibt keine Snackbar, es gibt keine Bar, einen Geldautomat habe ich nicht entdeckt.
Insgrsamt war das Hotel eine wirkliche Enttäuschung. Auch die Lage ist nicht die Schönste.

Very good option in Ohrid.
Pros:

Very good option in the beautiful Orhid. The hotel is not properly near dowtown, but it is not really far. On the other hand, there are supermakets, a shopping mall, and the bus station are nearby. Breakfast was quite good with pleanty of options. Room and the whole hotel is clean and quite. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Do atendimento, nos deram cortesia no horário do checkout. O hotel apesar de simples e mais antigo atendeu nossas expectativas para uma noite. Pelo valor cobrado não poderíamos exigir muito mais do que ofereceu, houve um bom custo benefício.

Cons:

Locația: deși destul de aproape de centrul Ohrid si usor de parcurs cu masina, zona este destul de precară pentru un parcurs pe jos si ușor nesigură.
