Nič , čo by mohlo mať 4 hviezdičky
Pros:

Blízkosť jazera. Milý personál

Cons:

Raňajky nie podľa mojich skúseností v 4 hviezdičkových hoteloch všade vo svete. Tu by som dala hotelu len 2 hviezdičky..... Pretože, ak mám diétu , zo zdravotných dôvodov, aj tak mi naservírovali kopu vecí, ktoré buď nejem a nesmiem jesť, aj keď som im napísala na objednávku raňajok. V 4 hviezdičkovom hoteli majú systém objednávok z 8 Menu na raňajky, čo je hrozné. Budova reštaurácie vyzerá ako obyčajná dedinská krčma. Kde pod stolom máte ešte aj kanalizačný poklop. A čo sa mi najviac nepáčilo je: fajčiť sa môhlo aj v reštaurácii!!! Čo je všade v civilizovanom svete už zakázané. No proste: Balkan! potrebujú snáď ešte 200 rokov, aby sa pohli z toho komunizmu bývalej Juhoslávie!

Potrebbe essere fantastico con un po’ di cura
Pros:

La posizione è fantastica, ho apprezzato la presenza di accappatoi, ciabattine e set bagno molto fornito, balcone arredato e ampiezza della suite

Cons:

Arredi antiquati, odore sgradevole e invasione di moschine in bagno, vespa morta a terra, assenza di ventola in bagno, la cosa peggiore il ristorante: un’ora di attesa e oltre con ristorante vuoto per cena e il caos totale a colazione coi numeretti

Excellent location and views, however comfort fails.
Pros:

Location, lake, old town and fortress view, amazing sunset, peaceful and serene mornings.

Cons:

Very uncomfortable pillows, hardly even covered, pilllow case not big enough to cover the pillow, no pillow protector, they did not smell fresh.
People smoke on the balconies and can’t open windows as it smells.
Also breakfast area smoking allowed and surrounded and engulfed in smoke. Definitely heaven for smokers but hell for non-smokers.

Przemily personel i piękny widok z okna
Pros:

Największym plusem tego hotelu są LUDZIE.
Życzliwi, gościnni, pomocni.
Panowała rodzinna atmosfera.
Czysto, przyjemnie, bardzo dobra lokalizacja.

Cons:

Mały minus- niedziałające spa w sezonie letnim.
Poza tym wszystko na ***** gwiazdek.
Bardzo dziękujemy za pobyt.

Balkonu ve manzarası güzeldi. Emanete valiz bırakabilmek iyiydi.

Cons:

Spa, sauna, jakuzi ve havuz olduğu için tuttuk. Sadece jakuzi çalışıyordu, diğerleri kapalıydı. Jakuzi de ılıktı. Resepsiyoniste jakuzi kullanmak istiyoruz dediğimizde hava sıcak, göle gitsenize gibi cümlelerle bizi göle yönlendirmek istedi. Zorla açtılar denebilir. Odalarda ses yalıtımı yoktu, neyse ki duvar var da yan odadaki gazın kokusu odamıza gelmedi. Banyoda sürekli bir su akma sesi de vardı. Restoranı çok kötüydü. Girişte bir kupon vererek indirimli yiyebileceğimiz söylendi ama hesap geldiğinde indirimi uygulamamak için özel çaba sarf ettiler. Pizza yedik, çok tuzluydu. Garson masaya gelmediğinden içecek söylemek için biz mutfak tarafına gitmek durumunda kaldık.

Name is correct. The view is the only thing thats royal about this hotel.
