Lovely ambiance.
Pros:

I have stayed here multiple times for work.
Very central location. A few minutes walk from Hoorn centraal. Very clean hotel and the kindest and friendliest staff. It has a very familial feel.
Wifi also very fast. And very generous toiletry accessories,

Prima verblijf jammer dat er geen gezellige bar is.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was prima en de locatie geweldig.

Cons:

De badkamers van de vier kamers die we hadden geboekt waren wisselend. De één met douchecabine (onze eigen badkamer) was prima. Er waren ook badkamers zonder cabine, waardoor water op toilet spetterde.

A great place with great staff who really made us feel welcome.
Pros:

Excellent service, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was exceptional and so well presented. The hotel location could not be better to visit the beautiful city of Hoorn. I would definitely use the hotel again.

Cons:

Everything was great, there was nothing we did not like.

Cons:

Douche/wc 1,20 m x 1,20 m. Wc niet meer bruikbaar als je gedoucht hebt. Hele slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding!

Bed was prima. Ontbijt was goed.

Cons:

Niet echt goed onderhouden. Zeker niet schoon. Er stond een mobiele airco in de kamer. Deze maakte veel lawaai. Veel beschadigingen of stuk. Badkamer was lachwekkend slecht. Je stond letterlijk in het toilet te douchen. Lege doosjes van de zeep e.d.

Kan beter.
Pros:

Het bed en het ontbijt.
Ontbijtservice aan tafel was prima met heel aardig personeel.

Cons:

Vooral de erg kleine badkamer met door kalk smerige douchekop en slechts 1 handdoek voor douchen en gebruik bij de wasbak. Ondanks gordijn was hele vloer na douchen ook vol met laag water.
De kamer was erg basic en aan een opfrisbeurt toe en prima dat er een airco stond maar wel weer jammer van de bak herrie die dat ding maakte.
Ook de waterkoker was behoorlijk gevuld met kalkaanslag.
Waarschijnlijk probleem in Hoorn met veel kalk in water maar dan juist kan extra aandacht klachten voorkomen.

Prima voor een nachtje
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel. Goede ontvangst, kamer was groot genoeg.

Cons:

Badkamer/toilet erg klein. Als je douched dan is het krap en alles wordt nat.

Dekbedovertrek was vies. Hier en daar best wat stof. Gordijnen hangen los.

Gehorig, je hoorde alles van de gang maar ook je boven buren.

Pros:

Ontbijt simpel maar prima. Aardig personeel / eigenaar.

Cons:

Erg kleine onpraktische kamer. Bijna geen ruimte in de kamer. Bad waar niet niet staand kunt douchen vanwege het schuine dak. Nauwelijks ruimte om het bed en de rest van de kamer. Erg veel gangen en trappen om bij de kamer te komen en erg kleine ontbijtzaal. Verder aardige mensen en goede hygiëne.

Was niet prettig
Cons:

Er kwam een vieze geur uit de badkamer en de kamer was klein.
's Ochtends werden we wakker door het lawaai in de keuken.
