Pros:

L'emplacement près du parking.
L'acceuil était sympathique, le petit déjeuner était très correct et typé hollandais.

Cons:

Le matelas était un peu mou.
Mauque d'entretien sue certains équipements (robinetterie, étagère.)
Manque de place pour les valises.

Hoorn imme gerne wieder, Hotel De Kaizerskroon jedoch nicht
Pros:

Täglich einheitliches aber reichhaltiges Frühstück , Gute Lage. Netter und sehenswerter Ort. Preiswertes Parkhaus in der Nähe.

Cons:

Die Möbeln waren ramponiert, Furnier z.T. abgestoßen oder abgeblättert. Kleiderschränke waren in beiden Zimmern nicht vorhanden. Bei der Ankunft war mein Zimmer überheizt, das Fenster war nicht zu öffnen und das Klimagerät nicht angeschlossen. Das Zimmer meiner Begleiterin hatte keinen Kühlschrank.
Die defekte Schublade meines Nachtschrankes fiel heraus und verletzte mein Schienbein mit einer sehr tiefen und mehr als Daumennnagel großen Wunde, für der es weder eine Entschuldigung noch ein Entschädigungsangebot gab. Bis zu unserer Abreise (5 Tage später) hat der Chef den Unfall nicht bei der Versicherung gemeldet.
An 2 nicht aufeinander folgenden Tagen und Nächten funktionierte der Lift nicht und an 2 Tagen gab es keine Beleuchtung im Lift. Als 100% schwerbehinderte Person habe ich bewusst ein Zimmer mit Liftzugang gewählt, musste jedoch die Treppen nutzen, was mir beinahe unmöglich war.
