Gorgeous view, beautiful room, calm and quiet
Pros:

Incredible view of three glaciers, beautiful, comfottable room, and a soaking tub. It was luxurious.

My room-not clean-shower floor made you feel like you needed shoes on, one spoon, two mugs, one saucer, greasy fingerprints all over door. Economy means not clean? however paid more at this hotel than any other of the six nights we stayed at other hotels that were more enjoyable. When I stopped in an hour before check out was made to feel unwelcome for checking in on my room before even providing my name, when I said I am sorry I just thought I would check she looked up my name and said it might be ready by check in time.

Not like the other Foss Hotels.
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

Room was small and not a nice view. Location was far from town. Shower was small. Not like some of the Foss Hotels that we have stayed at.

The hotel was very clean and well located.

We were under the impression that breakfast was included, but we had to pay extra. For the price of the room it should have been included.

Alla pendici del Vantnajokull

Struttura bellissima. Ci sono già stata lo scorso anno e si conferma un albergo meraviglioso sotto ogni punto di vista. Personale ottimo, gentile e disponibile, struttura con una posizione unica, dalla sala ristorante/colazione col cielo pulito si vedono le stupefacenti lingue di ghiaccio del Vatnajkull, è unico! Camera bella, pulita, spaziosa, letti molto comodi, tutto perfetto. Colazione davvero buona,pancakes deliziosi, complimenti allo chef.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt - unbedingt die Zimmerkategorie bewusst auswählen
Pros:

Die Kategorie Economy ist sehr einfach, klein, mit Teppichboden, renovierungsbedürftiges Bad und man konnte das Fenster nur auf Kippstellung öffnen. Nach einer Nacht konnten wir gegen einen Aufpreis die Zimmerkategorie upgraden auf Standard. Das Zimmer der Kategorie Standard war sehr schön mit Holzfußboden, neuem Bad und einer Terrassentür, die man weit öffnen konnte. Bei jeglicher Nachfrage war das Personal stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Auswahl für das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr überschaubar und leider waren beide Gerichte beim Servieren nicht heiß. Kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in der Kategorie Economy.

Die Aussicht war ein Volltreffer, das Zimmer eher ein Griff daneben.
Pros:

Besonders gut gefallen haben mir der kostenlose Parkplatz und die schöne Aussicht.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer wirken nicht mehr zeitgemäss und sind nicht modern ausgestattet.
