Good location near the lake

Cons:

No stuff in the morning, the key card of two rooms was not working in the early morning, we couldn’t enter the rooms, no stuff to support at that time

الفطور ما بوفيه يجيبوه من المطبخ و خلاص و معه فواكه
الغرفه فيها حشرات + تم سرقت حقيبة و ما رضيوا يراجعوا الكاميرات و قالوا نحن ما مسؤولين عن اغراضكم الشخصيه. التعامل من قبل الاستقبال سيء جداً

الموقع، موظف check out محترم وكان ودود وناصح لحالة الطقس والقيادة الخ…

الموظفون في الاستقبال اثناء check in اسلوب غير جيد وتأخير، نظافة الغرف ليست افضل حال، الفطور جدًا محدود ولا يوجد حليب ساخن او تنوع (الجو مثلج 🌨️ وبرد) عدم وجود خدمة حمل الامتعة رغم صعوبة الموقع (درج ومرتفع ولا يوجد مصعد) والغرفة في الدور الثاني وفي آخر الممر رغم انه فاضي !! تجربة مخيبة للأمل.
