الموقع، موظف check out محترم وكان ودود وناصح لحالة الطقس والقيادة الخ…

الموظفون في الاستقبال اثناء check in اسلوب غير جيد وتأخير، نظافة الغرف ليست افضل حال، الفطور جدًا محدود ولا يوجد حليب ساخن او تنوع (الجو مثلج 🌨️ وبرد) عدم وجود خدمة حمل الامتعة رغم صعوبة الموقع (درج ومرتفع ولا يوجد مصعد) والغرفة في الدور الثاني وفي آخر الممر رغم انه فاضي !! تجربة مخيبة للأمل.

Disappointing stay - Bad management - overpriced
Pros:

The location is perfect. Beaches at the lake in walking distance and close to the city by car.

Cons:

The hotel looks appealing from the outside, but the inside was very disappointing. The hallway was extremely dirty, and during our three-day stay the situation got worse each day. Not a single cleaning!
The rooms are poorly equipped. I have never stayed in a hotel room without curtains or shades. The blanket cover was far too small, leaving the end of the blanket uncovered, which did not feel hygienic.
Breakfast was of low standard and already cold when we arrived at 8 a.m. Overall, the management seems careless. For a hotel in this price range, guests should expect much higher standards.
In the end, we were very disappointed and would not recommend booking this hotel. There are definitely better options available.

Das Frühstück ist in den letzten Jahren zunehmend schlechter geworden. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Handtücher werden nur sporadisch gewechselt. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis unterdurchschnittlich.
