the bed 🛌 was very hard and very comfortable for us.
Many other NEGATIVE things were there, AS I read all the negative reviews and still we booked the hotel 🏨 because we thought we will manage with all the negative things by carrying all the required things in our suitcase 🧳. But sadly even this was not enough.
I might book here again in the future, but I will 🔴 never 👎🏼 eat their breakfast. Especially the oats and milk, which gave me food poisoning.
Because we had a long journey after that….. immediately after breakfast, which was not a buffet today….. I came back to the room and had diarrhea 💩.
After that, we had a long journey And I was feeling completely sick….. with headache, stomach pain, body pain and fever. I stopped the car on the road and puked out all my breakfast and I felt better after that.
I immediately started with LOMOTIL TABLETS which I luckily carried.
I’m down with Fever 🤒 dehydrated …… and had stomach pain the entire day.
And
I am feeling so weak now
I really regret for having this breakfast in the hotel today morning…… I don’t know what went wrong.
Yesterday’s buffet breakfast was good and nothing happened to me, but today there was no buffet they say because of the lack of guests…… they could prepare for us what we wanted we ordered 6 boiled eggs ….. actually we have much more eggs in our hometown, but I ordered only half the quantity……They made it very nicely for us, but the outcome was so bad.
🔺 There was a big hole 🕳️ on the wall behind the door 🚪 of our hotel room, which was 🟢 very good because there was cold air coming out from that. So even if the AC did not work and it was getting switched off, this Hole 🕳️ was cool the room.
🟢The shower 🚿 was very good and giving good amount of water.

Because the staff are really kind, but they forget most things what is told to them…… and looks like they do not also understand English very well.
🔺 We had emailed the Hotel in advance for a table fan because many people were complaining that the AC does not work and it is controlled at the reception and there is no phone ☎️ in the room to call the Reception and you have to walk down the staircase and walk up the staircase again every time because there is no elevator….. so we asked for a table fan and the email us back saying that the table pan fan will be in the room, but there was no table fan and when we asked the boy at the reception, he is showing us the hairdryer in the room. Because the hairdryer also has a fan on one side of it. Anyway 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️.
If only I knew they do not know English very well and he misunderstood hairdryer for a table fan. I would’ve brought my own tiny table fan in my suitcase that I sometimes carry when we travel, but they promised us they would give us the table fan and in the end they didn’t because they thought I was talking about a hairdryer.
Then later on, he said they do not have a table fan what I’m talking about.
🔺One staff a tall girl with long hair, forgot about the AC and the other one a short girl with short hair has forgotten about one sausage I asked for breakfast.
🔺When we entered the HOTEL room, the BIDET was broken the head of the Bidet was on the floor and we fixed it ourselves.
🔺The washbasin sink hole 🕳️ where the water goes out, had no strainer, and I have carried a strainer from my home country….. because just in case any of my Jewelry falls in there, it would be gone for good.
Location
The lake itself is nice, and the hotel is located directly in front of it. Unfortunately, the surrounding area is poorly maintained, which takes away from the potential of the location.
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The hotel presents itself as a 5-star property, but in our experience, it was nowhere near a 5 star standard and felt more like a 2 star hotel in terms of service, cleanliness, and facilities.
The cleanliness and maintenance were poor. The bathrooms in multiple rooms had problems. From the moment we arrived, we heard other guests complaining about issues with their bathrooms, and we experienced a problem with our own bathroom as well. We reported the issue on our very first night and spoke to the receptionist multiple times throughout our stay, but our complaints were repeatedly ignored and the problem was never properly resolved.
On our last day, we were suddenly told that there was a leakage in the restaurant ceiling and that it was supposedly coming from our room. They then tried to make us pay extra to cover the problem, even though we had not caused it and had already reported the bathroom issue from the first night.
The area around the lake is also very poorly maintained. Although the lake itself is nice, the surroundings are full of old and damaged children’s playground equipment, old chairs, broken wood, and generally neglected areas. It makes the whole location feel run-down rather than attractive.
It is honestly unfortunate because the hotel has a potentially great location, but the poor maintenance, cleanliness, service, and handling of guest complaints made our stay very unpleasant.

الافطار متواضع جدآ وغير مرضي وممنوع احضار اكل فالغرف والحمام تهريب فيه ولم يتم الاصلاح بالرغم من طلبنا المتكرر لهم لاصلاحه والثلاجه عطلانه وطلبنا اصلاحها ولم يستجيبوا لنا مع الاسف مافي اهتمام بالصيانه ولااهتمام بالنزيل

الفندق صغير لا يوجد اصنصير يفضل ان تكون الحقائب صغيرة، والحمام صغير مجزأ ثلاثة اجزاء مرحاض والشور منفصلين ومقاسهم متر ومغسلة خارجية بينهم
