Preis-Leistung top. HP inklusive.Frühstück sehr gut.Bier sehr günstig. Getränkebar zur Selbstbedienung immer offen. Schöne Lage auf dem Berg. Parkplatz kostenlos.

Cons:

Sehr, sehr kleine Zimmer. Abendbrot Hausmannskost. Nur ein Essen. Fleisch auf Zuteilung.

Pros:

Einfaches Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Sehr in die Jahre gekommen mit dem Charme einer Jugendherberge in den 70ern. Das Frühstück war soweit ok, aber das sogenannte Abendessen eine herbe Enttäuschung. Da ist noch jede Menge Luft nach oben.

Cons:

The staff were very rude and unprofessional from the beginning. During checkout, they tried to charge us extra money. According to our booking, we had to pay €120 in total for the room (for 2 person), but they insisted on charging €120 per person, which was completely unfair.

We have had checked in earlier (we told them in advance and, they told us it would cost €6. However, later they tried to charge €6 per hour, which was never mentioned before.

In addition, although the booking clearly stated that taxes were included, they still charged us an extra amount for tax.

Overall, the staff’s behavior was extremely disrespectful and inhumane. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Pros:

Frühstück war OK. Janov ist ein ruhiges Dorf. Internet war OK. Es war sauber. Eigene Parkplatz. Eine gutes Sallatbuffet beim Abendessen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war klein mit Schrägdach. Die Kissen im Bett waren billig. Am Frühstücksbuffet wurde nicht nachgefüllt.
Abendessen war sehr sparsam und nicht besonderes "Bömisch".

Nebolo potrebné počas pobytu riešiť raňajky ani večeru lebo boli v ponuke. Spôsob prípravy a chuť jedál bol veľmi chutný.

Pyszne jedzenie,miła atmosfera, dobre piwo i świetna lokalizacja blisko atrakcji Czeskiej Szwajcarii

Jedzenie – kuchnia jest domowa i bardzo smaczna.
Atmosfera – miło i przyjemnie, można naprawdę odpocząć.
Dla miłośników piwa – serwują dobre lokalne piwo.
Lokalizacja – blisko przystanku autobusowego, z którego łatwo dojechać do największych atrakcji Czeskiej Szwajcarii.
Dla rodzin z dziećmi – dzięki dobrej komunikacji nawet dzieci mogą wygodnie zwiedzać okolicę.

Niestety nie polecam.
Pros:

Hotel w miarę czysty, śniadanie i kolacja w cenie, dobra lokalizacja.

Cons:

Pokój tragiczny, a w zasadzie nie pokój (choć ten też pozostawiał wiele do życzenia - np. żeby podlączyć ładowarkę trzeba było wejść pod stół), ale wejście do niego! Do pokoju wchodzilo się przez łazienkę, która dodatkowe od pokoju była oddzielona ażurowymi drzwiami. MASAKRA! Pierwszy raz z czymś takim się spotkałam. W łazience brak wentylacji i gniazdka.
Podróżowałam z koleżanką - jechałyśmy kilkaset kilometrów i niestety dojazd znacząco się nam opóźnił, o czym wcześnniej infromowałam telefonicznie właściciela hotelu i pytałam, czy możemy dojechać na miejsce do godz. 23.00 - zgodził się i poprosił o telefon jak będziemy na miejscu. Punkt 23.00 dzwoniłam do właściciela - nie odebrał, nie oddzwonił! Przez kolejne 40 minut stalyśmy zmęczone i zdenerwowane i przerażone gdzie spędzimy noc! Dopiero gdy zaczęłam dzwonić na wszystkie inne numery z strony www właściciel wyszedł o 23.40 i był bardzo nie miły, zarzucał mi kłamstwo, że nie dzwoniłam o 23 - screen w załączeniu żeby nie było wątpliwości.
Właściciel pretensjonalny, co potwierdzają jego komentarze do niepochlebnych opinii. Szkoda, że wcześniej się z nimi nie zapoznałam. Żona właściciela przynajmniej miła i uśmiechnięta - jedyna z całego personelu.
Atmosfera ogólnie przez następne dni przy śniadaniach i kolacji nie przyjemna.
Kawa przy kolacji doliczana jest do rachunku, pomimo braku takiej informacji.

Dobre posiłki wliczone w cenę ( szwedzki stół ). Nie polecam płatności przez stronę hotelu - drogo !

Lokalizacja hotelu w pięknej, malowniczej okolicy

Cons:

Akustyka. Gdy jeden z gości słuchał głośno muzyki w pokoju to wszyscy słuchali razem z nim... Wiadomo to nie wina właściciela hotel ale "kultura" gości. Najważniejsze, że po 23:00 było cicho.
