I stayed at Kandy City Inn Hotel for one night, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, offering excellent value for the price. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to Kandy town, with many restaurants, shops, and popular attractions nearby, making it very convenient for travelers.

The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful, always ready to assist and making the stay even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt safe, calm, and well managed.

Before my stay, I noticed a few negative reviews on Google and Booking.com, but based on my personal experience, those reviews do not reflect the true quality of this hotel. The rooms are clean, well kept, and offered at very reasonable prices. I was genuinely impressed with the service and comfort.

I would definitely recommend Kandy City Inn to anyone visiting Kandy, and I look forward to staying here again for a longer period in the future.

市街から少し距離はありますが、徒歩圏内です。
スタッフの方が街への行き方、バス停の位置等丁寧に教えてくれたり、とても親切にしてくれました。とてもいい滞在ができました。

The location is good. The staff are nice and friendly..

Cons:

This hotel doesn’t have any balconies. just large windows. The windows are not soundproof, and since the building is right next to a main street, you’ll hear a lot of car noise, which can be quite annoying. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working on the third floor, so they moved me to the second floor for better access. However, the new room had no balcony and was a little smaller. The building has three floors and no elevator.
