El baño no es bueno y también cama no era buena, en booking dicen hay baño bueno y hay terraza pero no hay y dicen.... pero nada normal booking tiene que volver a mi dinero de un dia

Trés mauvais séjour, avec humidité et caffards et lit cassé, c'est trés dégoutant et honteux d'en appeler hotel

aucun professionnalisme! ni accueil ni service de qualité. Plus les chambres sont trés mauvaises et la saleté était partout! La femme qui nous a donné la clé de la chambre parle avec un ton trés mauvais et irrespectueux comme si on la supplie pour passer la nuit sans frais! En plus elle ne nous a donné la serviette qu'aprés 5 h de notre check in dans la chambre!
Quant à la chambre, elle était trés humide avec des caffards dans la salle de bain!!! Le lit était cassé et les toilettes sur lesquelles on s'asoit bougent tout seul et donne l'impression qu'ils tombent dés que l'on touche!
Bref je ne conseille personne aller chez cet auberge ou motel parcequ'il ne mérite pas le nom d'hotel!!!

Pros:

the location and people/ staffs are very helpful. Feel like you're living in Morroccan resident.

Cons:

noise...it's a very beginning of Medina that a lot of tourists.

Pros:

Séjour parfait ! L'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse surtout mme meriem. La chambre était très propre et la literie extrêmement confortable. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville à pied. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir
