Le personnel et notamment le gardien très accueillant

Cons:

J'avais réservé 2 chambres pour 5 personnes (2 adultes et 3 enfants), nous nous sommes retrouver qu'avec 4 lits mon fils de 9ans navait pas de lit, un matelas d'appoint lui a été prêté suite a notre demande mais celui-ci était un matelas de bébé donc pas confortable.
Il y'avait trop de bruit dans les couloirs et l'extérieur, les chambres ne sont pas insonorisée.

Hotel muy antiguo mal ubicado en un callejón que da un poco de miedo, las instalaciones en mal estado, la puerta del baño no cerraba bien baño en mal estado. Desayuno solo había tortilla. Y aparte no se podia dormir por la música del Pub que hay abajo.
En resumen muy mala experiencia y el peor hotel.

Hotel à fuir , une catastrophe
Pros:

La femme de ménage est très gentil a part sa 0/100

Cons:

Pas de parking pourtant y avait indiqué parking lors de la réservation.
U e odeur de tabac froid des l'entrée dans l'hôtel et partout dans l'hôtel, avec un enfant de 4 ans non merci .
J'ai pas pu payer avec ma carte il voulait que de l'espèce.
La climatisation n'a pas du être nettoyer depuis u treslong moment, j'ai préféré pas la mettre car c'est de la poussière quel aurait envoyer.
La salle de petit déjeuner est tres sale et l'odeur de cigarette est catastrophique.
En sortant de l'hôtel le matin , mon véhicule qui étais stationner devant a reçu une attaque de fiante de je c'est pas quel espèce de volatile mais c'était pas jolie à voir ,je pense c'était le bouquet finale de cette expérience hôtelière.
