Great rooms, but poor restaurant staff

We always stay as this hotel when in Kitwe. Clean!! Nice food. Good location

Cons:

The waiters was ignoring our table. We asked 3 times for them to help us. Really bad attitudes. Rooms perfect but restaurant service poor
