This hotel tries to deceive its customers in every way possible. I paid for the hotel in advance and received confirmation of payment. But when I arrived at the hotel, they told me I hadn't made a reservation and that I wasn't in their database. After a heated argument, the receptionist finally assigned me a room.
When I checked out, the receptionists and Booking.com decided to make money for themselves by writing on the bill that I stayed one night less, even though that's incorrect. When I call or email the hotel, they keep talking to me until I mention the word "invoice." Then they immediately say they can't hear me and hang up.The hotel room isn't safe either. Electrical switches have exposed wires.
