it was okay, the breakfast is excellent, the room is wonderful and very clean

I didn't like the fact that i made a reservation and my card details were requested for payment processes but only to show up at the reception and to be told the amount has been re-calculated ,

kindly provide us with a spot rate and deduct based on what you are advertising, and not change because of the rate.
