Pros:

一棟借りという周りを気にしなくて良い点
グラスとかも用意されていた

Cons:

調理器具や家電まで頼ろうとすると
物足りない感じがありますので、良いホテルとしてくらいの認識だととっても良いです！

とてもおしゃれで清潔な空間でした
高知駅近くの商店街の一角にあり、駅までは徒歩11分でした
食事をするところ、コンビニもすぐ近くにあります
その他、デリバリー対応店などもまとめておいてくださっているので親切に感じました

Pros:

The place is cozy, very good location, near to the station, and easy to find. It was clean and quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

The place is really small. Just nice for two, may be a little squeezy if you have 3 or more. We managed to cook, but there's not much in the way of utensils.

Cons:

If you are a foreigner in Kochi, you are already an adventurer. This place adds 10% more adventure. Location is loud. Eastern-style futons on floor. Sitting area furniture is small and poorly padded. Except for the English interface provided by the booking engine, everything is in (hand-written) Japanese. I hope I didn't break any rules! :-) all that said, it was a nice stay and an okay value.
