Căsuța din alpi
Pros:

Ideea de cazare in zona alpina, in hotel cu amprente vintage austriece. Zona de joaca pentru copii si bănci pentru odihna si admirat peisajul. Mic dejun de calitate si gustos.

Cons:

Faptul ca mesajele transmise de la hotel erau strict in germana, făceau dificila interacțiunea...mai mult de atat, faptul ca dai un mesaj cu ora la care estimezi ca ajungi si nu ti se raspunde ...si lipsa digitalizarii pe check in - am completat datele personale cu pixul pe foaia de cazare. Inca un aspect, cu 2 zile inainte de check in, am primit un mesaj exclusiv in germana, prin care se cerea copii ale documentelor de călătorie, mesaj suspect de altfel, la care nu am raspuns...

A beautiful stay to remember
Pros:

The location was absolutely beautiful, as well as the hotel itself. It was definitely worth the money and the little walking distance from the centre, and the taxi from the railway station was also cheap. Regarding location, it was also nice that the mounatain lift and the Alpine Coaster were very close. The room was beautiful and clean, and the staff was really nice. At breakfast, I was happy to find also vegan friendly products such as oat milk and hummus. Happy to recommend!

Gezellige drukte
Pros:

Fraai hotel in een mooie groene omgeving gelegen op de Schlossberg. We gingen te voet naar het centrum in Lienz en terug.
Het hotel heeft een heel ruim aanbod. We aten 's avonds in het restaurant en werden rijkelijk bediend.
Ontbijt was in orde, wel jammer dat we niet buiten konden zitten want het was erg warm aan het raam waar we moesten zitten

Cons:

De omgeving rond het hotel oogde wel wat slordig, maar we hebben ons daar niet echt aan gestoord.

Außergewöhnliche perfekte Lage des Hotels. Super freundliches Personal. Perfekt rustikal, mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestaltetes Haus. Genau wie wir uns ein Hotel in den Bergen vorgestellt haben.

We loved everything about our stay. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The breakfast was superb. We also had dinner at the restaurant, the food was delicious and the view was amazing. The staff was kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again.
