Hidden gem high in moutain
Pros:

Fantastic coolcation in august heatwave. Very pleadsnt butique atmosphere, good food snd amazing views and feel. Including option to walk inside dam tour, that really cooled me down (great relief). Also I really enjoyed scenic road that leads to hotel.

Absolut entspannender Urlaub in traumhafter Lage.
Pros:

Absolut traumhafte Lage, viele Wandermöglichkeiten oder auch Staumauer-Besichtigung, Aktiv-Spielplatz für Kinder, praktisch das integrierte Restauant, das ab 11 Uhr verfügbar ist, reichhaltiges Frühstück, Lunchpaket für Bergsteiger.

Cons:

Das einzige was uns gestört hat ist dass das esse. in einer hohen Geschwindigkeit serviert wurde! nach 5 minuten die Vorspeise und dann gleich drauf die Hauptspeise.

Tolles Hotel direkt an der Kölnbreinsperre.
Pros:

Das Berghotel Malta ist schon eine Reise wert. Die Lage direkt an der Staumauer und die äußerliche Gestaltung des Hotels sind sehenswert. Schon bei der Anfahrt präsentiert sich das Hotel wie aus eine Filmkulisse. Besonders gut hat uns die überraschend große Sauna gefallen, der dazugehörige Ruheraum ist ebenfalls großzügig dimensioniert. Im kleinen Fitnesscenter sind Geräte der gehobenen Klasse installiert.
Der Check in lief problemlos und rasch, ebenso die Bezahlung am nächsten Tag.
Unser Zimmer im dritten Stock hatte einen schönen Ausblick auf den Stausee, die Größe ist gut, die Ausstattung funktionell und wertig.
Das Restaurant hat eine kleine aber feine Auswahl an frisch zubereiteten Speisen und eine Tageskarte als Ergänzung. Insgesamt ist das Restaurant eine Empfehlung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dies lag sicher auch an dem sehr zuvorkommenden Personal.
Frühstück ist ebenfalls gut, es ist alles vorhanden was wir uns wünschen und ein bisschen mehr.

Es war alles perfekt, die Angestellten überaus freundlich, mein Hund war auch willkommen, die Hundesuiten sind sehr groß und komfortabel, das Frühstück perfekt. Die Lage natürlich der Wahnsinn! wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Die Lage ist ein Traum, die Mautgebühr ist bereits im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen. Für Hundebesitzer wird eine Körbchen, Futternapf und eine Decke zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Tolles Restaurant, die Staumauer-Führung ist empfehlenswert.
