Top Hotel in der Nebensaison
Pros:

Sehr modernes Hotel nahe zum Strand. Auch die Altstadt und Restaurants sind nicht weit zu Fuß.
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Auch das Bad wirkte komplett neu.
Da das Indoor-Pool gerade geputzt wurde und daher sehr kalt war, wurde mir gleich vorgeschlagen die Sauna/Hamam oder das Whirlpool gratis zu nutzen (ich vermute in der Hauptsaison zahlt man dafür). Alles sehr groß und für viele Gäste.
Sehr freundliches Personal, sowohl in der Rezeption, beim Frühstück (welches alles bot, was man sich wünscht), als auch beim Putzdienst.
In der Nebensaison jetzt sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war im neuen Gebäudeteil, das war etwas nervig zum Indoor-Pool/Sauna & Whirlpool quer über die Straße laufen zu müssen.
Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank wäre noch eine schöne Aufmerksamkeit. Aber das ist schon alles Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Geweldig personeel met een prachtig hotel
Pros:

Het personeel was geweldig! Ze wouden alles voor ons regelen en het hotel zag er mooi en verzorgd uit. Als er iets niet kon worden gedaan wordt er gekeken naar een andere oplossing. Tot het laatste moment bij het inchecken was het top notch verzorging. Het beste hotel waar ik tot nu toe heb verbleven.

Best choice for our stay.
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had an wonderful experience. As soon as we arrived, the hotel staff surprised us by upgrading our room from a standard room to a sea view room, for free.

The pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were fantastic. While we were there, the hotel even offered us a bottle of wine from the bar, and the staff was always available and ready to help with anything we needed.

The room itself was perfect, very spacious, beautifully designed, and everything inside was new and well maintained. It was extremely comfortable.

Breakfast was included, and even though we arrived at the restaurant a few minutes late, the staff said they were waiting for us and welcomed us and served us a full breakfast menu without any additional charge. Their hospitality was truly impressive.

They also showed great care for the child by bringing toys and coloring books

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place for their vacation should definitely choose it.
