Entspannung, Genuß und Lebensfreude im gehobenen Ambiente.
Pros:

Das sorgfältig ausgewählte und ansprechend präsentierte Frühstück mit Blick in den Obstgarten. Die Erlaubnis der Gastgeberin, uns an den Marillen und Feigen zu bedienen. Der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Weinbergen und Fahrten in die übrige Wachau. Die sonnige Terrasse. Der professionelle und überaus freundliche Service.

Leider kein Wiedersehen
Pros:

Lage außergewöhnlich , Zimmer sehr geräumig , Frühstück auf der Terrasse , riesiger Garten .

Cons:

Leider extremer Kugelkäferbefall , da hilft auch 10%Rabatt und eine Flasche Wein nicht , wenn es kreucht und fleucht . Sehr schade 😔

One of my best holidays so far.
Pros:

It was a lovely stay; the city of Spitz far surpassed my expectations. The property was exactly how I would have liked my days in the Wachau Valley to be: a small, friendly place with local aesthetics and presence and apricot gardens. I would stay in Spitz any day rather than in Krems or Melk. The Wine terrace above the city is such a hidden gem. Well connected to Melk, Dürnstein, or Krems, within a 15-20 min driving distance. The Danube is a 2-minute walk away, as is the ferry boarding point. Would love to visit again.

Krasny starobyly dum,romanticke misto v krasne zahrade,ale servis nic moc.Za 4 dny pobytu nikdo nevynesl kos,neuklidil nedodal ani toaletni papir,na 4 hvezdy spatne.Byla tam jedna pani,co vse obstaravala,asi toho mela moc.Cena dost vysoko jen za misto.Ale romanticke misto to je.

Pros:

klidná a tichá lokalita v pěkném historickém domě. Čistota, příjemní majitelé, umístění v dochozí vzdálosti do místních vinoték a restaurací (heuriger - tradiční rakouský vinný šenk). Krásné výhledy na vinice ve strmých kopcích. Cca 300 m od ubytování převoz přes Dunaj pro auta a cyklisty. V blízkosti též železniční zastávka. Dobře značené cyklostezky. Velmi dobrá bílá vína.

Lovely , relaxng , stay in a beautiful hotel in a beautiful vine growing area,.
Pros:

Beautiful historic hotel with lots of beautiful gardens in a fantastic location close to all local amenities and regular, reliable public facilities, close to the river Danube and the Wachau walking trail. Plenty of places to hire bikes (although we didn't do this) for all ages and ablities with lots of good, safe continuous cycle paths. Spitz is lovely small town with plenty going on, whilst being very peaceful.

Séjour "romantique" dans un cadre fleuri et et un environnement viticole, le Danube à deux pas
Pros:

L'accueil et les attentions constantes de la gérante pour tous les aspects du séjour, y compris bonnes adresses. Toutes facilités de parking dans la propriété et ascenseur disponible. Calme dans un environnement à la fois rustique et classieux (mobilier et bibelots).

Niezwykle udany pobyt.
Pros:

Piękny wystrój, przytulna atmosfera, pyszne śniadania złożone z lokalnych produktów, czystość, wspaniały ogród, na którym zrobiliśmy sobie piknik, świetna lokalizacja i pojemny parking. Jeden z najładniejszych hoteli w jakich byłem.
