Malgré un début difficile, nous avons apprécié notre séjour.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner assez complet servi sous forme de buffet, hôtel bien situé dans un endroit calme. Le personnel est souriant et agréable et disponible.

Cons:

À notre arrivée, nous avons eu une chambre assez vieillotte (déco comme mobilier), moyennement propre et une salle de bain à nous faire faire demi-tour ! En même pas 24h, le lavabo fuyait au pied, la chasse d’eau des wc ne fonctionnait plus, le sol très glissant et la Clim fuyait énormément au point de faire une vraie marre dans la chambre. Nous avons demandé une autre chambre et avons eu bien mieux sans délai tant niveau confort que fonctionnalité ainsi qu’au niveau propreté. L’hôtel s’est bien rattrapé.

Pros:

Booked this hotel for wheel accessable. On arrival there were 10 steps to the lift defensively not wheelchair accessible, so every time we entered or left the hotel my partner had to carried in her wheelchair by the staff, very embarrassing for her.
Wheelchair would not go into the bathroom. Bathroom only had a bath even though I'd contact the hotel and asked for a room with a shower, and they said yes no problem. But they don't have rooms with showers.
Internet was literally non excitant. Lucky if we'd 1 channel on the TV.
Pool are you serious it was an empty gaping hole, and then there were wild cats roaming the hotel screaming all night. Worst place iv ever stayed in avoid it like the plague.
Only good thing I can say is the staff were very helpful

Staying in this place is totally waste of time and money

Nothing as expected, ,😡😡

Cons:

They showing fake photo in the reservation, then when you go there , they take you to a rural room (very old and broken stuff) in the room , and dirty...

Note: if they told you there is rooms in the 8th or 9th floor, just you have to look for another Hotel, around...

Washing machine: always saying it's broken...

Food: the same damn things every morning since 1920 till today

Tv: not working...

You call them to fix , they come to see , then they tell ok we'll fix it later... Then no one get back 😂😂😂

Staying in this place is totally waste of time and money

Do not go here!!!
Pros:

The pool wasn’t open despite me asking awhile before if it was going to be open and neither was the rooftop cafe. They are advertising things that have not been open for a long time. There is no WiFi even though they advertise it. I am a solo travel and didn’t feel comfortable going outside on my own because of the location of the hotel so if I wasn’t on an excursion I was stuck in my room. There was no cups or tea/coffee provided and had to boil the kettle on the floor. In the restaurant if you are bed and breakfast they charge you for water and it is not a buffet breakfast they just bring a few things out on a plate. The food in the evening was quite nice and if you are lucky and the older guy is working he is nice and polite but everyone else is rude. I know you get what you pay for and I always go as cheap as possible so don’t expect much but this was just ridiculous.

Horrible, shabby and run down.
Pros:

This hotel was very poor in that it was trading on its past glory. All the promotion photos are at least 10 yrs out of date. The decor was faded and shabby. The pool area was not accessible and looked extremely dirty . The pool had a piece of rubber or some sort of material lying on the bottom. Not conducive to swimming in it. There was one shabby dirty plastic chair by the pool. In the reception there was a banner showing photographs of the pool area with lovely deck chairs and recliners. Nothing like the reality we found.There was supposed to be a panorama bar with lovely views towards the Nile however this was not open. When asked in reception about access it was supposed to be open at 5pm but never was.
The hotel room has sliding wardrobe doors but one of them was not on its rail, so was very difficult to move. The light fitting was hanging by the electrical wires from the ceiling and not actually attached to the ceiling properly. The basin tap was loose in that it swivelled round, The towel rail was falling off the wall. The shower head fell off its mount when it was used. The breakfast was very basic, no water or fruit available and the coffee was instant with powdered milk and served with a plastic spoon. The wifi was very difficult to access in the hotel so booking tickets and taxis for trips was difficult. At one point I had to hotspot with a member of staff to access the internet. On reflection this hotel is not worthy of a 3 star rating. The photos in the advert do not reflect reality. I would not recommend to stay here, it was horrible!

Hotel very very tired pool coffee shop rooftop bar closed WiFi didn’t work breakfast basic but ok hotel needs a major renovation would have been great 50 years ago room large. kettle broke curtains lights filthy but in a great location with a good restaurant and coffee shop 2minutes away staff were friendly was an experience
