Pros:

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, and excellent value for money. The place has a relaxed vibe, comfortable outdoor areas, and it's only a short walk from the beach and main promenade. Perfect for a chilled stay in Dahab.

Started good, turned into disappointment
Pros:

It started so good.
Good location, everything is at walking distance.
Hot (not luke warm) shower, which can be really helpful in November.
Refurbished room, small, but enough for one person.

Cons:

Then the usual things happened.
Killed like 4 giant cockroaches, one time it woke me up around 2 AM in the bed.
Uncomfortable bed.
Loud, noisy place, either the local dog is barking all night or the music from the street is coming in. And you can also hear your neighbours as well.
And finally, the typical disgusting scamming attitude. Toilet paper was included with the room. When I asked for the second time for it, the boy (Karim) wanted to charge me 50. I got angry and said no, and I wanted to give it back. Then it suprisingly became free of charge!
It is not just about the money, it is the goddamn attitude that is completely wrong in most if this country.

Superb
Pros:

The location is great, the room is clean and comfortable, there is a separate refrigerator, the yard environment is great, the staff is friendly and professional. Although we only stayed for one night, the experience was very good. I recommend this place.
