Amazing location!
We were really looking forward to our stay, especially given the premium price point, naturally, we expected a high standard of service. While the property itself has great potential, unfortunately the experience was let down by consistently poor service, which in my view makes all the difference.
Our ground-floor room lacked any sort of view, which was fine, but it was also missing several basic comforts that would have made the space feel more welcoming, no full-length mirror, a broken toilet flusher top, and no table or chair to sit and work or do makeup.
Staff presence was minimal, both in person and via WhatsApp, where responses were slow and unhelpful. Breakfast had the potential to be a highlight with its beautiful terrace views, but it consistently missed the mark — from missing plates and cups to an out-of-service cappuccino machine and no one around to take requests. On the day of checkout, reception wasn’t even staffed at 10:30 AM.
All in all, I wouldn’t return or recommend this property. There are better options available at this price point that deliver both service and experience.
