Des atouts(vue, espace..) gachés par des équipements plus ou moins défaillants et la restauration.
Pros:

La vue superbe sur les pyramides, conforme à la photo, la taille de la chambre et le lit king-size confortable.
L'attention d'une partie du personnel qui répare ce qui ne fonctionne pas et fournit ce qui manque dans la chambre.

Cons:

Il faudrait régler les problèmes ( chauffe-eau qui fuit, lampes grillées, fonctionnement de la télé..) avant l'arrivée des clients et remettre le papier toilette, les mouchoirs, les sachets de café... après chaque passage en chambre. On passe son temps à réclamer à la réception.
J'ai pris la chambre spa mais il manque d'eau et le remplissage du jacuzzi peut prendre des heures.
Surtout le petit déjeuner est minable (plats froid, peu de choix, pas de jus de fruit correct, ni de fruits, alors que les rues en regorge), de même que le dîner, pour lequel j'ai commis l'erreur de le réserver à l'avance. L'accueil est inexistant.
Si une partie du personnel est attentionnée l'autre l'est moins. Exemple: petit déjeuner à emporter non fourni par les cuisines (cependant le veilleur de nuit va acheter quelque chose pour compenser...)

Flot udsigt , alt andet fejlede. 🫣

Helt fantastisk udsigt fra tagterrassen lige ved foden af pyramiderne , personalet var meget søde.

Cons:

Vi havde bestilt ophold med halvpension, desværre var morgenmaden meget kedelig Og flere dage var buffeten helt tom og bedre bliver det ikke i forhold til aftensmaden den var fuldstændig uspiseligt, det tog oftest 1,5 til 2 timer at få sin mad og så var den både af dårlig kvalitet og kold.
Vores værelse havde en god størrelse desværre var der meget beskidt på gulvet, nullermændene fløj rundt, vi havde også en altan men der var utrolig meget trafik støj, Og døren var piv utæt så det var næsten umuligt at sove i alt den larm.

Magnifique réveil avec vue sur pyramides

La vue panoramique était incroyable !
Le personnel était très serviable la réceptionniste Jihad était très gentille.
Le lit est vraiment très très confortable

Belle vue sur les pyramides…
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, juste en face des pyramides, avec une vue magnifique, notamment depuis le rooftop qui est vraiment un point fort.

Concernant la chambre, était propre. En revanche, quelques détails restent à améliorer :
des travaux non finalisés (peintures), un manque de prises électriques pour charger les téléphones, et l’absence de livret explicatif pour le fonctionnement de la télévision ou du jacuzzi.

Cons:

Cependant, l’environnement autour de l’hôtel est très sale, ce qui gâche un peu l’expérience, même si cela reflète en partie certaines zones du Caire.

Justement, le jacuzzi a été une vraie déception : très long à se remplir et lorsque nous avons voulu activer les jets, des débris noirs sont sortis, ce qui nous a empêchés de l’utiliser.

Pour la restauration, le petit-déjeuner était inclus, mais avec peu de choix.
Nous avons également souhaité dîner sur place pour éviter de sortir, mais cela semblait inattendu pour le personnel : aucune table n’était dressée (peut être que c’est comme ça chez eux) , et plusieurs plats de la carte n’étaient pas disponibles. Au final, nous avons choisi un plat et deux boissons, pour un prix un peu exagéré par rapport à la qualité et au service.

Çok beğendim.
Pros:

Konumu harikaydı. Uçaktan gece indik sabaha doğru harika piramitler bizi bekliyordu. Sabah terasta kahvaltımız hazırlanmıştı. Gayet yeterliydi. Bizim damak tadımıza göre hafif farklı. Ama kahve çay kahvaltı da ve sonrasında hemen ikram ettiler. Piramitlere yürüme mesafesindeydi . Etrafında market fırın vs herşey var.

Cons:

Bölge biraz kalabalık ve güvensiz ama hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık.

Pros:

Staff molto gentile e disponibile, stanza enorme e molto pulita. La terrazza è molto bella. Per essere a Giza, che è molto povera e disagiata è davvero una fantastica soluzione. Quando entri nell'hotel sembra di essere altrove, se consideriamo il prezzo pagato poi è davvero super.

A tetőről remek kilátás nyílik a piramisokra, jó hogy van lift. A szobák tiszták.

Cons:

A félpanziós ellátásért foglaltuk itt, de kár volt, A reggeli .... mindegy ha a lenti pékségben vettünk volna sütit. Elég lett volna reggelire egy kis rántotta meg virsli és mindenki talált volna valami kedvére valót, de nem így volt.
A vacsora ennél jobb volt, na nem a pizza, hanem a grill mix. Mondjuk ha szalvétát kértünk egy tekercs WC papírt kaptunk kezet törölni...

Close to pyramids and view from roof was awesome.

Cons:

The property should consider updating some of its furniture because the overall first impression was not good. However the beds were comfortable and room was clean. As a solo female traveller I never had any issues in terms of safety or security. I was approached online for payment through another form other than booking.com (Unsure as to how they got my information) but when i contacted the hotel they quickly replied to not pay these people and block them. The staff preparing the breakfast and food could really use some social skills and customer service help. They were NOT helpful or kind in any way. They stood around a lot, while area should have been cleaned and attended to. To the owners of the hotel, the upstairs is not being used to its best as you could provide better food choice and it would have been lovely to spend time up there with a hookah lounge as you viewed the pyramids! Overall though, I would recommend staying here.

Tutto bello. Buona la colazione ed anche la cena,essenziale ma buona. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il prezzo ma è stato subito risolto dalla ragazza alla reception davvero molto gentile. La camera era meravigliosa,con la vasca e una vista sulle piramidi eccezionale. Tornerò. Grazie
