La vue sur les pyramides

Cons:

Erreur de chambre à l arrivée on nous demande d attendre 5 minutes obligés de relancer 30 minutes plus tard. Demande d avoir un petit déjeuner à emporter car il ne commence qu'à 8:00 et nous partions à 7:30 nous l attendons toujours.

Excellent value for price, and the location is great.
Pros:

The location is excellent. You can see the pyramids directly from the room, and it’s only a 5-minute walk to the entrance of the pyramid area. The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is good. It would be even better if they offered freshly brewed coffee.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi speed is a bit slow.

Cons:

Tienen un problema con el agua caliente para ducharte. De los 4 días que no quedamos ahí no pudimos ducharnos en condiciones ninguno de los días. Pero el problema no solo es con el agua caliente sino también con el agua fría, yo creo que es un problema con la bomba de agua.
No aconsejaría a nadie quedarse en este hotel a menos que no te importe ducharte durante tu estadía en El Cairo.

Pros:

Location was perfect to explore Pyramids with roof top view.
Cost was reason able as compared in the area.
Staff was excellent and helpful specially Jihad, she helped and support in every way possible.

Cons:

Breakfast was not great and could do better with some improvement.
Rooms can have bit more upgrade specially bathrooms.

Des atouts(vue, espace..) gachés par des équipements plus ou moins défaillants et la restauration.
Pros:

La vue superbe sur les pyramides, conforme à la photo, la taille de la chambre et le lit king-size confortable.
L'attention d'une partie du personnel qui répare ce qui ne fonctionne pas et fournit ce qui manque dans la chambre.

Cons:

Il faudrait régler les problèmes ( chauffe-eau qui fuit, lampes grillées, fonctionnement de la télé..) avant l'arrivée des clients et remettre le papier toilette, les mouchoirs, les sachets de café... après chaque passage en chambre. On passe son temps à réclamer à la réception.
J'ai pris la chambre spa mais il manque d'eau et le remplissage du jacuzzi peut prendre des heures.
Surtout le petit déjeuner est minable (plats froid, peu de choix, pas de jus de fruit correct, ni de fruits, alors que les rues en regorge), de même que le dîner, pour lequel j'ai commis l'erreur de le réserver à l'avance. L'accueil est inexistant.
Si une partie du personnel est attentionnée l'autre l'est moins. Exemple: petit déjeuner à emporter non fourni par les cuisines (cependant le veilleur de nuit va acheter quelque chose pour compenser...)

Helt fantastisk udsigt fra tagterrassen lige ved foden af pyramiderne , personalet var meget søde.

Cons:

Vi havde bestilt ophold med halvpension, desværre var morgenmaden meget kedelig Og flere dage var buffeten helt tom og bedre bliver det ikke i forhold til aftensmaden den var fuldstændig uspiseligt, det tog oftest 1,5 til 2 timer at få sin mad og så var den både af dårlig kvalitet og kold.
Vores værelse havde en god størrelse desværre var der meget beskidt på gulvet, nullermændene fløj rundt, vi havde også en altan men der var utrolig meget trafik støj, Og døren var piv utæt så det var næsten umuligt at sove i alt den larm.
