Le personnel est très a l'écoute et satisfait toutes nos demandes
Ils nous accompagnent dans nôtre séjours et répondent à nos questions et nous conseille
C'est extrêmement important pour nous .
Les réceptionnistes sont très professionnels et notamment mr Ahmed que je croise chaques nuits
Et bien sûr le responsable du management avec laquelle nous avons eu des échanges très sympathiques et agréables .
Nous le recommandons ! Nous reviendrons a bientôt

Un serveur de la piscine
Pas très souriant, pas aimable
A peine commencé à boire un verre ou manger
Il faut payé l'addition a peine fini il débarrasse aussi tôt !
Sinon tout le reste est très convenable !

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en Égypte et tout était magnifique et rien à rajouté car c’était formidable
Pros:

Nous avons été bien accueilli par le réceptionniste au nom de Ahmed Moustapha et son équipe et sans oublier aussi la réceptionniste au nom de Radwa Abdelhady qui est toujours disponible à vous aider .

Cons:

Juste le petit déjeuner du matin ça n’a pas changé et c’est toujours les mêmes choses et surtout le wifi qui fonctionne pas très bien de notre côté

Het hotel ligt dicht bij de luchthaven.

Cons:

De telefoon werkte niet. De badkamer was niet schoon en er lag overal water. Het meubilair is oud.
Ook wil ik toevoegen dat het telefoonnummer dat op Booking staat een privénummer is van een medewerker van het hotel. Toen ik hem belde, zei hij dat hij sliep en dat het niet het juiste nummer was. Later heeft hij mij teruggebeld, zijn excuses aangeboden en mij een kamer met een mooi uitzicht op het zwembad gegeven.
