Pros:

Clean convenient room. Even though the room has a ready good fan I would recommend you pay the little extra for the air-conditioning. İt was a little hard to sleep because of the heat.

Good value for money and very comfortable
Pros:

Great value for money.
It is a no-frills kind of place but nevertheless the room was clean, comfortable and the staff was very amenable and I would be very happy to stay there again next time I am in Neiva.
Good location not far from the airport and the pizza place nearby is excellent.

Pros:

Very well located, exceptional staff who acommodated to our late arrival and very early check-out, and helped us to navigate the city, the rooms exceeded our expectations, we would definitely stay there again!!

Cons:

More attention could be payed to cleaniness of the towels, and the shower was not the most comfortable. However, these were the small improvements which could be made, and they did not have a significant impact on the overall experience.
