Friendly People and clean Rooms
Pros:

Overall, I had a good stay. The room was cleaned very well every day, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My Spanish isn’t very good, so we mostly communicated using a translator on our phones, which worked perfectly fine.

Apart from a little bit of mold in the bathroom, everything was very clean and there was always hot water.

The breakfast was quite simple, but I really liked that they served a different fresh juice every day.

Cons:

The hotel is located a little outside the center, but it only takes about 20 minutes to walk into town. As a woman traveling alone, I personally felt safe in the area, but in hindsight i might have stayed closer to the center.

Although the hotel has a very beautiful courtyard, there is no opportunity to use or sit at a bench an rest.

The rooms are also quite poorly soundproofed, so it can get noisy if you have loud neighbors. However, I don’t really blame the hotel for noisy guests.

I stayed in one of the smaller rooms rather than a bungalow, so I didn’t have my own kitchenette. This wasn’t a major issue for me, but it’s something to keep in mind when booking.

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña, el primer día sin agua caliente, no nos dieron el desayuno para llevar a pesar de tenerlo pagado (teníamos excursión temprano) y al irnos nos dijeron que podíamos ducharnos y luego nos dijeron que no tenían habitación disponible para ello

Pros:

Very friendly staff who made it easy to check in and out as well as leave very early for a trek. Very comfortable room with nice upgrades to bathroom. A very welcome stay in a busy city.

The rooms are big. Emma at the front desk is so friendly and helpful.

Buena opción en Huaraz
Pros:

Gute Wahl für mehrere Tage in Huaraz.

Cons:

Küchenutensilien eher schlechte Qualität. Frühstück nichts besonderes. Muss bei Earlycheckin extra bezahlt werden (Rappenspalter).
