Conforto em meio ao caos
Pros:

O atendimento é maravilhoso! Me ajudaram muito quando tive um perrengue com uma agencia de turismo - inclusive reclamando por mim pela falha da agência, me senti super acolhida e isso faz muita diferença quando estamos sozinhos em outro país. A estrutura do quarto é bastante boa (poderia melhorar só na iluminação e dar alguma privacidade para os quartos do térreo, que, a noite, se não fecharmos o blackout, viram uma vitrine). Toalhas e lençóis ótimos, chuveiro maravilhoso. Cama e travesseiros bem bons. A cidade é bem caotica, com trânsito perigoso e pouco turistica, e a Casa Andina é um lar fora de casa.

Cons:

O café da manhã, embora bem gostoso, é um pouco deficiente quando comparado à qualidade do hotel. A localização não é ruim, mas são bons 15 a 20 minutos lomba acima a partir do centro (na altitude, lembrem-se). Apesar de terem um espaço externo privado da unidade, os quartos do térreo não tem como aproveitar isso, já que não tem nenhuma privacidade. Me sentei na mureta com a porta do quarto aberta um dia, pegando sol, e recebi olhares de muito espanto, embora não tenha me sentido compelida a sair dali - e é um espaço com solzinho muito bom, acho que com uma floreira alta ao redor já daria a privacidade necessária.

Overall a lovely place to stay.
Pros:

Very clean and attractive. Great views. Very attentive staff.

Cons:

Overly rigid management on small matters like bringing local bread into the dining room to eat with hot beverages we paid for from the hotel. It’s not nice to feel reprimanded when you are paying good money to stay at a nice hotel.

Internet was spotty if you need to use Zoom (teleconference).

The hotel is very comfortable: indoor temperature,
room temperature, shower, linens… Staff very helpful.

Cons:

location is great but could be a bit closer to downtown,
but that’s not a problem.
The restaurant staff was also nice but the amount of
food could be better. They provide only two scrambled eggs
per person. For me that’s not enough since I don’t eat bread.
For dinner I found the prices a bit expensive for the amount of food again…
