Cons:

テレビでインターネット接続できれば良い。（Netflixなど）
一階ロビーの自動販売機（お酒）が、新札に対応してない。
これが最悪だった。また、ロビー担当者が毎回居ないのはどうかと思う。居ても電話対応をしていて居る意味がない

Outstanding and reasonably priced hotel.
Pros:

The staff, although very young, was very courteous and very helpful. They spoke some English and wanted us to speak English to improve their skills. We had breakfast for the 4 mornings there and it was a very good value, not expensive. The dining area is very spacious with a view of the main street leading to JR Kochi station. Outstanding location, convenient to everywhere with train/streetcars/bus terminal/supermarket/Japan Post office, etc. and the super Tourist Information Office - best tourist office we have ever experienced. We live in Funabashi, Chiba and visit Tokyo often and other areas of Japan, but we find the Kochi people to be very kind and more 'open'. Food, especially seafood is outstanding. I can see myself easily living in this city with the milder climate.

I can't think of anything, it was perfect!
