自動販売機が利用できないことを受付の時に言って欲しかった。
Pros:

スタッフは非常に快活で明朗な対応でした。

Cons:

夜中に喉が渇き自動販売機で買おうとしたが、自動販売機の事が室内の案内板にもきちんと書かれておらず、ホテル内をうろうろと探してしまった。唯一1階にあった自動販売機が館内の工事のため使えず。勿論直ぐ外にはあるし、道路を渡った所にコンビニもあるが寝巻で外に出れるわけもなく…。
せめて受付の際にインフォメーションしてくれれば、外で買っていたのにと思いました。

Okay hotel, be careful of booking during an event.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and the room was clean and nice. Good location near to the station, perhaps a 10 minute walk. The reason for the low score is in the next box.

Cons:

Value for money was extremely poor, I suspect we were price scalped due to an event on the night we were staying. So overall the room was okay and probably a reasonable vfm if not doubling of the price for the event.

従業員の人達の接客、対応、笑顔がとても良かったです
