酒店服务人员的服务态度是我目前见过的最好的，也是最让我满意的。

地理位置佳，近高知車站，步行至帶屋町商店街及假日市集10分鐘左右；飯店對面有lawson，不過馬路往高知橋也有7-11；飯店內設有投幣式洗衣機及烘衣機。

Pros:

朝食が美味しかった。ご飯、パン、納豆、ヨーグルト、唐揚げなどおかず（複数）、小鉢の野菜（複数）、カレー、デザート3種ほど、品数はそこまで多くはありませんが、朝食べるには十分なラインナップでした。個人的には紅茶のパンナコッタとわらび餅が美味しかったのであれば食べてみてほしいです。シーツが硬過ぎず枕も高いものと低いもので二つありうれしい。

部屋、コストには不満無いがとにかくチェックイン時の対応には不愉快以外の何ものでもなく今後の利用はやめようと即座に判断致しました。本当に残念です。

部屋自体は静かでとても過ごし良かった．

Cons:

とにかく受付の女性の対応が不愉快でした。
ホテル自体には全く不満は無かったですがチェックイン時の対応は不満しかないです。

1、布団の汚れがありました
2、領収書と明細の発行が出来ないのは凄くマイナス印象でした、外国から来られた方々には優しくないかな....！
