Pros:

1.フロントスタッフの方が丁寧な対応で、好印象でした。
2.和がメインの朝食がとても美味しく、味噌汁ではなく豚汁だったのが嬉しかったです。
3.ロビーで無料のジュースとお茶が頂けました。

Cons:

部屋のエアコンが冷房/暖房を切り替えられなかったこと。「今は暖房しか利用できない」とのことでしたが、自分が泊まった時は外気温が20℃前後と高く、エアコンオフでも暑かったです。(3月下旬)

日曜日の高知の夜は少し寂しいけどゆっくりできた。
Pros:

朝食メニューがよかった。コンパクトで上品、接待役の方が丁寧に気を配っておられました。会場が二階で高知駅前の風情を感じました。アンパンマンのベンチに座りに行きました。

Cons:

シティービューを期待していたので、庭付きのベランダにびっくり、囲まれている感じがしました。
ベットが硬めでした。

車で観光して来てから、一杯飲みに行くことができる立地が良い🙆

Cons:

朝食を一生懸命作ってくれてうれしいけれど、家庭の惣菜ばかりで、パン食に合うおかずもおねがいします。
