The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The additional breakfast was grand and the dining area is stunning. The rooms were largely sized and a very clean and modern bathroom.
The location is a bit of a distance from the centre of Dingle (which we knew before booking). It does mean though about a 20 min walk or £5-£10 taxi to go out especially at night
Amazing location, nice big room with a view
Bedroom carpet not clean, hand towel hadn’t been changed from previous guest.Decor in room a bit boring ,
Breakfast was very poor, very small portions
The building was historic and interesting.
The building, rooms, and common spaces were very run down. The reception experience was also bizarre, no front desk. Breakfast was not great. The bathroom was newly renovated, however the ceiling was already showing water damage. The carpeting was burned in several places. There were 2 mismatched couches that didn't seem to make sense in the room and the side tables were very beat up.

We loved this location! The property was cozy and clean upon arrival and the staff was helpful, thanks to Lena! We loved the Irish Wolfhounds on the property too! Our room was cute and clean and we loved the shower, we will we could have stayed longer! We loved the bar in the lobby for some good Dingle gin and tonics and the breakfast in the AM was yummy too! It was a very close walk into town and had a beautiful view of the water and town from the hotel!
The fact that we couldn't stay longer!
The fresh fruit salad was delicious and the dog is lovely :)
The staff were shocking - one smoked a cigarette directly outside our room so the smoke drifted in through the open window and the staff on at breakfast didn't seem to care about us. We were left standing like plebs, so we had to ask if it was okay to take a seat. We found the tea bags, but no hot water. Had to go looking for staff again to ask for some hot water - found 4 of them in the kitchen having a chat (which is fine) - but they didn't seem happy to be disturbed. When the young woman came out with the hot water, she asked us what we would like to order for breakfast - but we'd never seen a menu/been told that was a possibility. We thought it was only a continental buffet. I was taking the last bite of a delicious fresh fruit salad, when she forced a plate with the now cooked breakfast under the bowl of fresh fruit.
A simple, "could I ask you to move the bowl please?" or something would have been nice.
The place badly needs a clean - there was dust, cobwebs and spiders almost anywhere I looked.
We booked this last minute - not sure if that affected the reception we got.
Fun guest cottage’s. Great water pressure. Close to town and beautiful views.
You could smell the birds from the Falconry coops. TV was set to ONLY Closed Captions and no ability to turn off or get sound.
We loved the location and the view of the bay and Dingle Town. It was a beautiful property from the outside and we appreciated the free parking.
The property markets itself as a warm and intimate bed and breakfast experience with Irish hospitality, but the staff was rarely around at all. When we needed something, we had to go looking for someone and find a young person. There didn't seem to be any management onsite at all. The Irish wolfhound dogs were just left in a garage-type yard. The whole experience was not the cozy bed and breakfast house that we were hoping for.
