Größe und Ort

Cons:

Die Lage direkt neben einer großen Firma (Yachtbau), in deren Hallen früh morgens gearbeitet und angeliefert wurde und der Blick auf deren Parkplatz. Es war leider zeitweise dadurch unerwartet laut.
