Nice staff & view, bad cleaning
Pros:

The hotel’s location is really good if you want to stay centrally and close to the water. Friendly and helpful staff. I didn’t experience much noise from the street. The pool is nice and clean. Beautiful view from the balcony, and good breakfast on the cafe opposite the hotel.

مكان الفندق حلو جدًا لو عايز تقعد في منطقة مركزية وقريبة من البحر. طاقم العمل ودود ومساعد. ما سمعتش دوشة كتير من الشارع. البسين نظيف وجميل. المنظر من البلكونة روعة، والفطار حلو في الكافيه اللي قدّام الفندق.

Cons:

The level of cleanliness is quite low. My room was downright disgusting—long black hairs everywhere, a sticky fridge, and greasy surfaces that needed wiping. The balcony also needed a proper cleaning. There were no towels or glasses in the room (I received them when I asked, thank you Mahmoud). The lock on the toilet and the door to the wardrobe were broken. Its too bad that little things like these arent just fixed. The place was worn down. The poor cleaning was the worst part though.

مستوى النظافة كان قليل جدًا. الأوضة كانت بصراحة مُقرفة — شعر أسود طويل في كل مكان، تلاجة لزقة، وأس surfaces دهنية محتاجة تتنضف. البلكونة كمان كانت محتاجة تنظيف محترم. ماكانش فيه لا فوط ولا كبايات في الأوضة (خدتهم لما طلبت، شكرًا يا محمود). قفل الحمّام وباب الدولاب كانوا بايظين. حاجة تزعل إن الحاجات الصغيرة دي ما بتتصلّحش. المكان كان باين عليه إنه متهالك. أسوأ حاجة فعلًا كانت النظافة السيئة.

Pros:

Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of menus to suit different tastes. It was a great way to start the day.

Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable and pleasant.

Sea View: The room had a stunning sea view, which was a highlight of my stay. It provided a beautiful and relaxing backdrop throughout my visit

Cons:

The placement and design of the air conditioner are problematic. It took more than 2 hours for the room to start getting cold, which was quite inconvenient and uncomfortable.

Great Hotel on the new promenade Dahab
Pros:

The staff were really kind and friendly.I needed a very early breakfast and the evening before I was given a breakfast in a doggy bag which I kept in the fridge overnight, this was really appreciated. The rooms are clean and the bathroom too. Lovely view from the balcony overlooking the sea. I will definitely return. Thank you.

Pros:

Fantastic location. No car noise just people and dogs. Pretty and clean swimming pool. Beautiful roof terrace. Excellent breakfast just across the lane in the attached Cafe.

Cons:

When we arrived the staff didn't seem to be expecting us even though we paid in advance. We felt like they didn't really want us there past the three days we booked. We booked a larger three bed room but got a double instead. We did get the sea view but on reflection the pool view rooms would have been quieter. Friday night was loud in the street. Saying all that I would stay again just felt they didn't like us very much.

Great stay
Pros:

We arrived very early, around 5AM, and the receptionist gave us the room immediately. The room was very clean, and had a lot of place to storage. At the last day we have asked to make a late check out and where given a positive answer, free of charge. Our room had the best view of the sunrise from the balcony. If your vacation includes breakfast I recommend taking the oriental one.

Cons:

It seems like they have a slight problem with the Wi-Fi connection inside the rooms, in the pool area it works well.

Good potential when the work gets done.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok but it made me violently sick.

Room was nice and clean and the space was adequate.

Cons:

Street tore up in front of the hotel. Pool under construction during my whole stay. Toilet didn't fill with water. Internet was not working.

Pros:

clean, easy access to boardwalk, very friendly and super helpful and understanding staff, nice restaurant for breakfast which was included in room price.

Cons:

there is no near by parking spot, so you would need to walk for 10 minutes to reach the hotel from the parking spot, which is not convenient if you are carrying bags.
