Η ατμόσφαιρα

Cons:

Το ότι είναι μέσα στην μπίχλα. Δεν καθαρίζονται όπως πρέπει να καθαρίζονται οι μπανιέρες υδρομασάζ και δεν θέλω να ξέρω και εγώ τι άλλο. Και εγώ και ο σύντροφος μου κολλήσαμε μύκητες. Για όνομα του θεού αν δεν μπορείτε να καθαρίζετε σωστά τα δωμάτια σας μην βάζετε σε κίνδυνο την σωματική υγιεινή!!!!

Po przyjeździe i zameldowaniu okazało się, że charakter i wystrój hotelu znacząco odbiegają od opisu oraz zdjęć w ofercie. Czerwone oświetlenie, zasłony i ogólna atmosfera sprawiają wrażenie miejsca o erotycznym charakterze, co nie było w żaden sposób zaznaczone przy rezerwacji.
Czuliśmy się bardzo niekomfortowo i nie był to standard hotelu, jakiego się spodziewaliśmy. Po zgłoszeniu sytuacji na recepcji zaproponowano nam możliwość anulowania dalszego pobytu i częściowego zwrotu środków.
Uważam, że taki charakter obiektu powinien być jasno opisany w ofercie, aby goście mogli świadomie podjąć decyzję o rezerwacji.
