Pretty satisfied, but some provision to make or buy a drink in the hotel would have been nice.
Pros:

Quiet neighbourhood, clean modern environment, pleasant and helpful staff, parking on site, well designed bathroom

Cons:

No chairs on the balcony, no provision for making tea or coffee, no breakfast.
