En general todo. Las habitaciones iluminadas y muy limpias. Pero lo mejor el sauna y el turco al igual que el servicio de masajes.
Que no hay ascensor
El hotel es agradable para descansar, buena relación calidad-precio. Las señoritas y el personal en general muy amables.
Hace falta urgente un ascensor en el hotel, para mayor comodidad de los clientes.
The breakfast was included and very good, with coffee, juice, fruit, chicken or beef soup, which my family loved, delicious eggs/omelet made to order, arepa or bread, different each day. There was a complementary sauna or Turkish bath but we unfortunately did not have time to take advantage of it. The room was actually a suite with 2 bedrooms, with 2 twins and a double bed and a bathroom in the middle.
El desayuno estaba incluido y muy bueno y variado con jugo, cafe, fruta, pan o arepas, caldo de pollo o de res, y huevos/omeletes al gusto, diferente cada dia. La reserva incluia sauna or turco, pero desafortunadamente no tuvimos tiempo de aprovecharlos. La habitacion era en realidad una suite con 2 habitaciones con un bano en medio, una con 2 camas sencillas y la otra con una doble.
The door to the suite was strange, like an accordion door that seemed flimsy and did not feel very safe and used a key you had to wiggle, though each bedroom had its own regular door. There was some cosmetic damage to walls and frames in both rooms. and some stained duvets and pillowcases. As they state that we could be charged for any damages or stains, we took pictures that night and informed the staff the next morning, who acknowledged the damaged areas and changed the pillowcases and duvet. Our bed also had only 2 pillows, so they gave us 2 more upon request. We fortunately were on the second floor, as there is no elevator. There is an open pasture next to the hotel, where they keep goats and cattle, so we could hear cows mooing at night and throughout the morning. It was interesting, however, to be able to see the farmers feed and milk the cows, surprisingly, not manually but with a machine. The beds were firmer than I prefer.
La puerta de la habitacion era rara, como en acordeon y se tenia q utilizar llave para abrirla y no se veia muy segura, aunque cada habitacion tenia su propia puerta. Habia algunos danos cosmeticos en las paredes y marcos de algunas puertas, lo mismo q manchas en una de las colchas y 2 de las fundas de las almohadas. Tomamos fotos esa noche ya q el contrato dice q se cobra por cualquier mancha o dano a la propiedad. Al otro dia lo mencionamos, ellos constataron q sabian de los danos y cambiaron las fundas y duvet y nos proporcionaron 2 almohadas mas, ya q la habitacion de mis hijos tenia 2 x cama pero la de nostros solo tenia 1. lo cual fue incomodo para nostros la primera noche. Afortunadamente estabamos en el segundo piso, porq no hay elevador en el hotel. Hay un potrero la lado del hotel donde tienen vacas y cabras, asi q se oia mujir a las vacas por la noche y desde temprano en la manana. Sin embargo fue interesante ver como ordenaban las vacas, y no a mano sino con maquinaria. Las camas eran un poco mas duras de lo q esperabamos.
Las habitaciones son agradables.
No tiene ascensor, eso hace tedioso subir maletas y coches si vas con bebés.
Buena atención
El personal es muy amable y atento. La habitación es cómoda, la cama es grande. Muy buen aseo.

La atención del personal, siempre dispuesto a colaborar en todas las necesidades presentadas durante la estancia. Las instalaciones muy bonitas y acogedoras. La calidez de todos los empleados hace de la estancia un momento inolvidable.
Como punto a mejorar el acceso al parqueadero para autos de carrocería baja, ya que al terminar la rampa los carros rozan la carrocería con la terminación del piso.
justo al lado de un pasto tranquilo, balcon con vista a las montañas y las vacas. 5min del lago, 5min del centro de paipa.

La ubicación...está ubicado en una calle tranquila del centro del Paipa, por lo que se tiene a la mano todo el comercio del centro de una ciudad sin sufrir el bullicio de una calle céntrica. Además, es donde inicia la avenida que conduce al lago y la zona hotelera y turística, de manera que se puede ir caminando a todo.
Mejorar las sábanas, pues se veían como muy usadas y no tan blancas.
