A beautiful property with fantastic staff. 10 out of 10 would stay again.
Pros:

From the moment you walk i the doors you're treated like royalty. It's a beautiful property and the staff are top-knotch. The food and drinks were perfect, the room was lovely and comfortable, super quiet and clean with everything you could need.

Cons:

Towel wars at the pool - hate that!

Dé Kretenzische topper
Pros:

We komen hier nu al 8 jaar. Dat zegt voldoende. De plek, de kamer, de medewerkers, de maaltijden, de ligging. Het klopt allemaal. We komen al 42 jaar op Kreta. Trekken dan van appartement, naar hotel naar appartement, enz. Zowel noord, oost, zuid als west Kreta. We hebben zo nogal wat vergelijkingsmateriaal opgebouwd. En Maya is gewoon een topper !!

Cons:

De muziekkeuze in de algemene ruimtes en bij het fijne zwembad is het enige aandachtspunt. Te vaak, te modern en onrustig. Maar als je de medewerkers erop aanspreekt wordt het direct aangepast.

für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Lage zum Meer ist top, der sandige Strand und das saubere Meer . Das Essen war vielfältig und lecker, jeden Abend gab es verschiedene Küche( italienische, mexikanische, asiatische, griechische, kontinentale, heimische).

Sehr freundliche und vor allem hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende die sich gekümmert und auch zugehört haben!
Das hauseigene à la carte - Restaurant war wunderbar und ein geschmackliches Erlebnis!

Cons:

Die Buffetmahlzeiten (Frühstück & abends) waren in Ordnung, allerdings auch nicht mehr. Der Kaffee ist schlicht ungeniessbar und schlechter als Filterkaffee. Ohne Zucker ging da gar nichts und zum Glück war die Tee-Auswahl gross.

Wouldn’t want to spend more than 4/5 nights here.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to beaches and shops. We had a junior suite so we had plenty of space for two people! Comfy beds. You get one a la carte meal which was really nice

Cons:

Food was ok for the buffet. Balcony was dirty. Lights in rooms weren’t great. Small and dark bathroom

The staff was really nice and friendly, always willing to help and made us feel welcome.

Cons:

The hotel wasn’t very clean, the rooms didn’t look like the pictures, and the pool was much smaller than it appeared online. There was rust on the bathroom fixtures, and the shower was very old and uncomfortable.

Pros:

Toller Empfang! Zimmer, Pool etc. wie in der Hotelbeschreibung. Das Essen ist für das Hotelniveau außergewöhnlich gut! Unbedingt Abends a la cart probieren!!

Cons:

Die inkludierte Massage konnten wir nicht in Anspruch nehmen, da ausgebucht. Wäre allerdings bei dem Übernachtungspreis auch des Guten zu viel gewesen.

Perfect get away to catch the last sun of the year. Lovely staff, great service and comfortable stay.

The staff and attention to detail from them was amazing. Really loved the Maya Beach restaurant. Had a fantastic massage too.

Cons:

The hotel needs a bit of maintenance. Some things were quite run down like the ping pong table and the shower

Świetny hotel, bardzo dobre jedzenie, super obsługa
Pros:

Jedzenie było świetne, zarówno śniadania jak i kolacje, bardzo duży wybór, wszystko smaczne, jedynie kawa do śniadania była średnia, jak to bywa na takich śniadaniach. Na kolacje codziennie można było spróbować czegoś innego. A kolacja a la'carte wliczona w cenę przerosła nasze oczekiwania! Jedzenie jak z najlepszej restauracji, świetna obsługa. Super basen, przy którym można było się zrelaksować na maska, ponieważ gdy chciało się coś zamówić z baru wystarczyło kliknąć na dzwonek i ktoś z obsługi podchodził, naprawdę luksusowo! ;D Super opcją było też "spa" przy basenie gdzie można było umówić się na masaż, skorzystaliśmy z tej opcji razem z mężem i oboje byliśmy zadowoleni, Pani zna się na swojej pracy, ponieważ od razu zauważyła kontuzje łokcia u mojego męża, podczas zwykłego masażu, więc naprawdę super. Cała obsługa hotelu była super miła, pomocna i uśmiechnięta, tworzyli fajną atmosferę, przez co w całym hotelu czuliśmy się naprawdę dobrze.
