Die Lage ist super & die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Das Personal ist nicht unfreundlich, aber jetzt auch nicht wirklich sehr überfreundlich.

Cons:

Es ist definitiv kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Für das es „DAS“ Hotel in Berane ist, sind 4 Sterne ein Witz. Es wurde kaum gepflegt und es ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Bei uns wurde lediglich einmal das Zimmer gemacht - die Betten waren alles andere als komfortabel und man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, dass jemand vorher noch drinn geschlafen hat. Vieles hat unsauber gewirkt. Würde da nicht mehr hingehen.

Dobro grijanje i enterijer hotelskog restorana

Cons:

Nažalost, kvalitet kreveta je bio ispod svakog prihvatljivog standarda. Rezervisali smo francuski ležaj, a dobili dva odvojena dušeka spojena u jedan, sa izraženom rupom između njih. Spavanje je bilo izuzetno neudobno i takvo rešenje smatram neprihvatljivim. Odluku da se dva odvojena dušeka predstavljaju kao francuski ležaj smatram krajnje neprofesionalnom i obmanjujućom. Ovaj propust je značajno narušio kvalitet našeg boravka.
