Loved our stay and would never want to stay anywhere else in Hamble.
Pros:

Perfect location, very friendly, helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere and plenty of parking. Large terrace and lawn leading directly onto river Hamble. Although breakfast isn't available, Jenny's cafe is a few minutes walk away( as are many restaurants and pubs) and is excellent.

Cons:

Couldn't fault it.,

Lovely room in beautiful location.

Cons:

It was an incredibly hot night when we stayed and it was impossible to get the room cool enough to sleep properly. With hindsight we should have at least asked if there was a 2nd fan available.
