Pros:

The team at the Riverside House were so helpful. Lovely room overlooking the Hamble, with tea & coffee making facilities. We were attending a function locally, so the venue was ideal for overnight stay.

Super nice, friendly, and above-and-beyond accommodating. I had arrived early to Hamble after a red-eye flight from across the Pond to Heathrow and without prompting, they offered to change out the room I had reserved first so I could have it way before check in time. Being new to Hamble, Theresa oriented me about town and made me feel very comfortable. The staff took good care of me both in person and by email (because I often came "home" late). The room was clean, recently updated, and had everything I needed. The club (and the room!) was very peaceful with a beautiful view of River Hamble.
